〔1〕容器(例えば後述の容器本体1)に取り付けられた状態でステム(例えば後述のステム3)と連通する内容物放出通路(例えば後述の噴射用通路6b)を備えた筒状のアクチュエータ部材(例えば後述のアクチュエータ部材4)および、当該アクチュエータ部材の上側開口部(例えば後述の上側開口域5e)を覆う形の前方に弾性部材(例えば後述の板バネ8)で付勢されて、内容物放出操作にともない、当該弾性部材の付勢力に抗する形で後方へスライドすることにより当該内容物放出通路の放出口(例えば後述の孔部6c)を外部空間域に露出させる操作部材(例えば後述の操作部材7)、からなる容器カバー体であって、

4は全体が一体成形され、後述の筒状本体部5および内容物噴射部6からなるアクチュエータ部材,

5bは当該円筒部の下端内周面の周方向に複数形成されてマウンティングキャップ側の環凹状部2aに係合される突状部,
5cは当該円筒部の仮想的な後上端部分から上方に続けて下降面(窪み面)状態で形成されて、左右方向の略同一幅からなる後球面部分(球面の一部),
5dは当該円筒部の仮想的な左右上端部分から上方に連続して形成された一対の左右球面部分(球面の一部),
5eは後球面部分5cおよび左右球面部分5dぞれぞれの縁などにより画定された上側開口域,
5fは当該上側開口域の左右両端のそれぞれに、自らの前側部分および後側部分が左右球面部分5dと隣接する態様で形成されて、後述の操作部材7のスライド動作のガイド作用を呈する一対の円弧状ガイド部(球面の一部),
5gは左右球面部分5dおよび円弧状ガイド部5fの間に設定されて、後述の被案内垂下部7cが取り付けられる一対の円弧状開口部,
5hは円弧状ガイド部5fそれぞれの、円弧状開口部5gの内端側に隣接する幅広部分の前後方向略中央に形成されて、後述の板バネ8の自由端部分8aなどを当接保持する機能を備えた垂下板状部,
5jは当該垂下板状部の左右方向板部分,
5kは当該垂下板状部の、円弧状開口部5gに隣接する形の前後方向板部分,
5mは左右球面部分5dそれぞれの内周面上端側の、円弧状開口部5gの直外側に形成されて、後述の被案内垂下部7dのガイド作用を呈する円弧状の案内段部,
5nは静止モードにおける後球面部分5cの露出部分に形成されて、後述の操作部材7のスライド操作方向を示す矢印(図4参照),
6は筒状本体部5の前側内周面の略上下方向中間部分に接続された回動タイプの内容物噴射部,
6aは当該内容物噴射部のいわば回動中心軸として作用する変形可能な接続片部,
6bはステム3と連通してL字状の長手方向断面からなる噴射用通路,
6cは当該噴射用通路の前端側の孔部(内容物噴射口),
6dは当該噴射用通路のL字状屈曲部から後斜め上方に延びた部分であって、作動モード設定のスライド操作時に後述の操作部材7(曲面部分7j)からの押圧作用を受けることにより下方へと変位する斜面部,
をそれぞれ示している。
7は容器本体1の内容物が孔部6cから外部空間域に噴射される作動モードを設定するスライド式の操作部材,
7aは後球面部分5bと同様の略同一幅で前後方向に延びる上球面部分(球面の一部)からなり、静止モード(図1参照)において上側開口域5の全体を覆うシャッター部,
7bは当該シャッター部の上面後方に、前後方向断面が鋸歯状となる態様で形成されたスライド操作面,
7cは当該シャッター部の上面前方に形成されて、アクチュエータ部材4の前側(内容物噴射用の孔部6cの側)を利用者に示唆するためのえくぼ状の円形窪み部,
7dは当該操作部材の左右端部それぞれの略前後方向中央部分に形成されて、スライド操作時に円弧状の案内段部5mにガイドされる一対の被案内垂下部,
7eは当該被案内垂下部の構成要素であって、スライド操作時に案内段部5mに沿って移動する円弧状の被案内段部,
7fは当該被案内垂下部の構成要素であって、円弧状開口部5gへの挿入取付けの際に左右球面部分5dの上端部分に当接して内側に少し変形し、これにより当該取付け作業の簡単化を図るための斜面部,
7gは一対の被案内垂下部7d同士の左右中央(幅方向中央)の操作部材天井部分に形成されて、スライド操作にともなう後下方への移動により斜面部6dを押圧し、これによりステム3を下方に移動させて図3の作動モードを設定する押圧作用部,
7hは当該押圧作用部の構成要素であって、それぞれ操作部材天井部分から下方に延びる一対の三角形状垂下部,
7jは当該一対の三角形状垂下部に対する後連結部分の自由端側の左右方向に形成された押圧作動用の曲面部分,
8はそれぞれ左右両端の被案内垂下部7dと左右中央の押圧作用部7fとの間に形成されて、操作部材7を図1の静止モードに位置に、すなわち前方向に付勢する片持ちタイプでC字状の一対の板バネ,
8aはアクチュエータ4に操作部材7が組み込まれた状態で、円弧状ガイド部5fの垂下板状部5hに当接保持される当該板バネの自由端部分,
をそれぞれ示している。

の二つはそれぞれ一体成形されたものである。
(21)作動モード設定用の操作部材として、スライド式で、図1の静止モードのときは筒状本体部5の上側開口域5eの全体を覆って内容物噴射部6が外部に露出しないように板バネ8で前方向に付勢される、操作部材7を用いていること、
(22)静止モードの操作部材7に対する後方へのスライド操作により、板バネ8の弾性力に抗しながら、当該操作部材の円弧状の被案内段部7eが筒状本体部5の円弧状の案内段部5mにガイドされて後下方へとスライドすること、
(23)このスライド操作の後半において、内容物噴射部6の斜面部6dが操作部材7(押圧作用部7g)の曲面部分7jで押圧され、当該内容物噴射部と一体のステム3が作動モード位置へ下動すること、
(24)作動モードへのスライド操作が解除されると、操作部材7は、板バネ8の前方向への弾性付勢力により図4の作動モード位置から図1の静止モード位置へ自動復帰すること、
(25)操作部材7の外面形状が、図1の静止モードにおいて、筒状本体部5の円筒部5aより上側の球面部分(後球面部分5c,左右球面部分5dなど)とともに単一のドーム状外観を呈する、すなわち当該操作部材および当該上側球面部分の全体が単一球面の一部を呈する形状であること、
などです。
(31)操作部材7の一対の被案内段部7eがそれぞれ筒状本体部5の一対の案内段部5mにガイドされ、
(32)板バネ8は、その自由端部分8aが筒状本体部5の左右方向板部分5jに当接して上方向へと変位しながら、静止モードよりもさらに湾曲し、
(33)最終的には、内容物噴射部6の斜面部6dが操作部材7(押圧作用部7g)の曲面部分7jで押圧され、
(34)操作部材7の斜面部6dへの押圧作用に基づいて、内容物噴射部6およびこれと一体のステム3が、周知のステム復帰用コイルスプリング(図示省略)の弾性力に抗しながら、後方へ傾斜しつつ下方向へと移動する。
(41)板バネ8の自由端部分8aをそれぞれ、一対の円弧状ガイド部5fの間に形成される開口部の前側幅広部分から入れた上で垂下板状部5hの左右方向板部分5jの方にシフトさせ、
(42)このシフト状態の操作部材7を筒状本体部5の方にいわば押し込み、当該操作部材の被案内垂下部7dのそれぞれが当該筒状本体部の円弧状開口部5gを通過して、当該被案内垂下部の被案内段部7eと当該筒状本体部の案内段部5mとが係合する形に設定すればよい。
(51)板バネ8に代えてスプリングなどの各種弾性部材を用いる、
(52)内容物噴射用の孔部を上向きとして略直線状にスライドする操作部材を用いる、
(53)板バネ8を内容物噴射部6と一体成形してその自由端部分8aを操作部材7の側(天井面など)で受ける、
(54)板バネ8を操作部材7などと一体成形するのではなく、操作部材7などとは別部材として作成する、
(55)ステムを横方向に傾けることでバルブが開状態となるチルト式バルブを用いる、
(56)作動モード設定操作の際にステム3が傾斜せずに略下方向へのみ移動するプッシュツダウンバルブを用いる、

- 容器に取り付けられた状態でステムと連通する内容物放出通路を備えた筒状のアクチュエータ部材および、当該アクチュエータ部材の上側開口部を覆う形の前方に弾性部材で付勢されて、内容物放出操作にともない、当該弾性部材の付勢力に抗する形で後方へスライドすることにより当該内容物放出通路の放出口を外部空間域に露出させる操作部材、からなる容器カバー体であって、
前記アクチュエータ部材は、
前記上側開口部および、前記操作部材の前記後方へのスライド動作を案内するガイド部分が形成されて、前記容器に係合する筒状本体部と、
当該筒状本体部に回動可能な形で一体化され、前記内容物放出通路および、当該スライド動作に応じる形で作動モードへと駆動される被駆動部分が形成された内容物放出部と、
を有しており、
前記操作部材は、
前記上側開口部に対してスライド可能なシャッター部と、
当該シャッター部の一部であって前記内容物放出操作に用いられるスライド操作面と、
前記ガイド部分に案内される被ガイド部と、
前記後方へのスライド動作により前記被駆動部分を駆動して、前記アクチュエータ部材に接続された前記ステムを作動モードの位置に移動させる作動モード設定作動部と、
を有している、
ことを特徴とする容器カバー体。 - 前記内容物放出部のガイド部分は、

ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の容器カバー体。 - 前記アクチュエータ部材は、
