Abstract

Le présent article est destiné à empêcher le gel rapide suite au déchargement automatique de batteries d'accumulateurs d'automobiles lors de leur exploitation dans un environnement à des températures négatives. Ce boîtier thermique consiste en une boîte (photo N° 2) faite de trois couches ou, dans certains cas, de cinq couches de carton gaufré. Le boîtier thermique consiste en une boîte faite de carton gaufré et dont la taille dépasse de 2 à 3 mm celle de l'accumulateur sur lequel il est enfilé, ceci de manière à placer sans rencontrer d'obstacle l'accumulateur à l'intérieur du boîtier thermique (photo N° 3). L'accumulateur sur lequel a été enfilé le boîtier thermique est installé dans sa position nominale dans l'automobile et est fixé à l'aide du dispositif de fixation nominal (photo N° 4). Lors de l'exploitation à des températures négatives, les batteries d'accumulateur gèlent et perdent de leur puissance fonctionnelle. Le boîtier thermique ralentit le gel de l'accumulateur et, grâce à cela, prolonge les capacités de travail de l'accumulateur à des températures négatives. Les essais ont confirmé l'efficacité d'utilisation du boîtier thermique. Après installation d'un boîtier thermique sur une automobile VAZ 21154, l'accumulateur a conservé ses capacités de travail à des températures inférieures à 35° C. Ce boîtier thermique peut également servir de support à des informations publicitaires.
