　本発明に係る包装構造１００では、吸収性物品１には、幅方向Ｗの両外側に延出するウィング部４１が設けられており、ウィング部４１の衣服当接面側の第１領域５１及び裏面シート１２の衣服当接面側の第２領域５０に、吸収性物品１を下着に固定するための接着剤が塗布されており、ウィング部４１が表面シート１１の肌当接面側に折り畳まれた状態において、第１領域５１を覆うように、水解性の剥離シート２１ａが設けられており、包装シート２は、非水解性であり、下着に固定するための接着剤に対して剥離可能であり、かつ、第２領域５０を覆うように設けられている。

Description

包装構造
　本発明は、吸収性物品及び吸収性物品を個装する包装シートからなる包装構造に関する。
　従来、吸収性物品及び吸収性物品を個装する包装シートからなる包装構造が知られている（例えば、特許文献１及び２参照）。
　例えば、特許文献１に記載されている包装構造では、包装シートを開封すると、吸収性物品を下着に取り付けるための接着剤が全て露出する。
　また、特許文献２に記載されている包装構造では、包装シートを開封すると、吸収性物品を構成するウィング部及びヒップフラップ部に配置されている吸収性物品を下着に取り付けるための接着剤は、非水解性の剥離シートによって覆われたままとなり露出されない。

　しかしながら、出願人は、上述の包装構造について、以下のような問題点を発見した。
　特許文献１に記載されている包装構造では、包装シートを開封すると、吸収性物品を下着に取り付けるための接着剤が全て露出するため、吸収性物品を下着に取り付けようとする際に、個包装時にヒップフラップ部に付けられた折り癖によって、ヒップフラップ部に配置されている接着剤同士が貼りついたり、ウィング部に配置されている接着剤が吸収性物品本体に貼りついたりして、吸収性物品を下着にきれいに取り付けることができず、漏れや縒れの原因となる可能性があるという問題点があった。
　また、特許文献２に記載されている包装構造では、剥離シートが、包装シートと分割されているため、包装シートを開封した場合に、吸収性物品を下着に取り付けるための接着剤が全て露出することはないが、トイレに流すことができない複数のゴミが発生し、かかるゴミの処理に不具合が生じてしまうという問題点があった。
　そこで、本発明は、上述の課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、包装シートを開封した際に、吸収性物品を下着に取り付けるための接着剤が全て露出することを防ぎ、かつ、トイレに流すことができないゴミの発生を低減することができる包装構造を提供することを目的とする。
　本発明の第１の特徴は、吸収性物品及び前記吸収性物品を個装する包装シートからなる包装構造であって、前記吸収性物品は、液透過性の表面シートと、液不透過性の裏面シートと、前記表面シートと前記裏面シートとの間に配置される吸収体とを有し、前記吸収性物品には、幅方向の両外側に延出するウィング部が設けられており、前記ウィング部の衣服当接面側の第１領域及び前記裏面シートの衣服当接面側の第２領域に、前記吸収性物品を下着に固定するための接着剤が塗布されており、前記ウィング部が前記表面シートの肌当接面側に折り畳まれた状態において、前記第１領域を覆うように、水解性の剥離シートが設けられており、前記包装シートは、非水解性であり、下着に固定するための接着剤に対して剥離可能であり、かつ、前記第２領域を覆うように設けられていることを要旨とする。

（本発明の第１の実施形態）
　図１乃至図８を参照して、本発明の第１の実施形態に係る包装構造１００について説明する。例えば、本実施形態に係る吸収性物品１は、パンティライナーや失禁パッドや生理用ナプキン等である。
　図１（ａ）に、本実施形態に係る包装構造１００の斜視図を示し、図１（ｂ）に、本実施形態に係る包装構造１００の平面図を示す。
　図１（ａ）及び図１（ｂ）に示すように、本実施形態に係る包装構造１００は、吸収物品１、及び、吸収性物品１を個装する非水解性の包装シート２によって構成されている。
　本実施形態に係る包装構造１００において、包装シート２は、吸収性物品１を個包装した状態で、テープ７０で固定されている。
　図２（ａ）及び図２（ｂ）に、本実施形態に係る包装構造１００におけるａ-ａ断面図及びｂ-ｂ断面図を示す。
　図３に、本実施形態に係る包装構造を構成する吸収性物品１を肌当接面側から見た平面図を示し、図４に、本実施形態に係る包装構造を構成する吸収性物品１を衣服当接面側から見た平面図を示す。
　図３に示すように、吸収性物品１には、幅方向Ｗの両外側に延出するウィング部４１が設けられている。また、本実施形態に係る吸収性物品１は、長手方向Ｌにおいて、ウィング部４１の後方に、１対のヒップフラップ部４２を有している。
　ここで、使用者は、吸収性物品１を下着に取り付ける際に、ウィング部４１を下着のクロッチに巻き込み、ヒップフラップ部４２を下着の上に広げて、吸収性物品１を下着に固定する。
　また、図３に示すように、本実施形態に係る吸収性物品１には、長手方向Ｌに沿って、表面シート１０から吸収体１３までを圧搾するように構成されている圧搾溝８０が設けられていてもよい。
　さらに、図３に示すように、本実施形態に係る吸収性物品１は、吸収体１３の幅方向Ｗの外側に、防漏シート３１及び弾性部材３２によって構成されている防漏壁３０を有していてもよい。
　また、図４に示すように、ウィング部４１の衣服当接面側の第１領域５１に、吸収性物品１を下着に固定するための接着剤が塗布されている。
　また、裏面シート１２の衣服当接面側の第２領域５０に、吸収性物品１を下着に固定するための接着剤が塗布されている。
　さらに、ヒップフラップ部４２の衣服当接面側の領域５２に、吸収性物品１を下着に固定するための接着剤が塗布されている。
　図５に、本実施形態に係る包装構造の開封状態を肌当接面側から見た平面図を示し、図６に、本実施形態に係る包装構造の開封状態を衣服当接面側から見た平面図を示し、図７に、本実施形態に係る包装構造の開封状態のｃ-ｃ断面図を示す。
　図５に示すように、ウィング部４１が表面シート１１の肌当接面側に折り畳まれた状態において、第１領域５１を覆うように、水解性の剥離シート２１ａが設けられている。
　同様に、ヒップフラップ部４２が表面シート１１の肌当接面側に折り畳まれた状態において、領域５２を覆うように、水解性の剥離シート２１ｂが設けられている。
　第１領域５１及び領域５２を覆う剥離シートを一体化せず、別々に設けることで、資材量が少なくなってコストダウンができ、かつ、剥離シートの水解性を向上できる。
　ここで、剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂとしては、パルプ繊維を抄紙した３６ｇ/ｍ２の原紙（例えば、０.８～１.１ｇ/ｃｍ３）の表面に、目止め剤として、１.０～２.０ｇ/ｃｍ３のポリビニルアルコール（ＰＶＡ）を塗布し、その上から、０.３～０.８ｇ/ｃｍ３のシリコーンを塗布したものを用いることができる。
　水解性の剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂは、後述のシェイクフラスコ試験によって、２４時間で、３つ以上に分散されることが好ましい。
　具体的には、かかるシェイクフラスコ試験は、以下のように行われる。
　かかるシェイクフラスコ試験では、サンプルとして、１００ｍｍ×１００ｍｍの剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂを用いる。また、かかるシェイクフラスコ試験では、振とう機（旭テクノグラスＩＷＡＫＩ社製、分液ロートシェーカーＳＨＫＶ２００）や、１０００ｍＬ用のナス型フラスコや、１０００ｍＬのメスシリンダー等を用いる。
　第１に、メスシリンダーを用いて、ナス型フラスコに、８００ｍＬの蒸留水を入れる。
　第２に、ナス型フラスコに、サンプルを入れる。
　第３に、ナス型フラスコを、振とう機に取り付ける。ここで、ナス型フラスコのネジ式蓋側が下になり、ナス型フラスコのコック側が上になるようにする。
　第４に、振とう条件（振とう速度：２４０ｒｐｍ、振とう時間：２４時間）を設定する。
　なお、本実施形態において、水解性の剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂには、水溶性の剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂも含まれるものとする。
　例えば、かかる水溶性の剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂとしては、ＰＶＡ等の水溶性樹脂によって構成されているフィルムや、不織布にシリコーンを塗布したもの等を用いることができる。
　また、図６及び図７に示すように、包装シート２は、剥離可能であり、かつ、第２領域５０を覆うように設けられている。
　ここで、包装シート２としては、ポリエチレンシートや、ポリプロピレンシートや、ポリウレタンシート等を用いることができ、スパンボンド/メルトブローン/スパンボンドのポリプロピレン長繊維不織布体積体等を用いることができる。
　本実施形態に係る包装構造１００では、図７に示すように、包装シート２には、吸収性物品１が配置されている側の領域６０に塗布されている接着剤によって、別体の非水解性の剥離シート２２が接合されていてもよい。
　かかる場合、剥離シート２２は、裏面シート１２の衣服当接面側の第２領域５０を覆うように設けられている。
　また、本実施形態に係る包装構造１００では、包装シート２の少なくとも一部に、シリコーン樹脂やフッ素樹脂系の剥離処理剤によって剥離処理が施されている領域が形成されていてもよい。
　ここで、水解性の剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂ及び非水解性の剥離シート２２には、印刷やエンボス等の手段によって、異なる文字又は絵柄の少なくとも一方が記載されている。
　例えば、図５に示すように、水解性の剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂには、印刷やエンボス等の手段によって、トイレに流すことができる旨を示す文字又は絵柄の少なくとも一方が記載されている。
　かかる記載は、包装構造１００が開封された状態において、水解性の剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂの肌当接面側から視認可能である。
　また、図６に示すように、非水解性の剥離シート２２には、印刷やエンボス等の手段によって、トイレに流すことができない旨を示す文字又は絵柄の少なくとも一方が記載されていてもよい。
　かかる記載は、包装構造１００が開封され、包装シート２が吸収性物品１から剥離された状態において、剥離シート２２の剥離面側から視認可能であってもよい。また、かかる記載は、吸収性物品１が個装されている状態において、包装構造１００の外側から視認可能であってもよい。
　ここで、包装シート２には、印刷やエンボス等の手段によって、トイレに流すことができない旨を示す文字又は絵柄の少なくとも一方が記載されていてもよい。
　かかる記載は、包装構造１００が開封され、包装シート２が吸収性物品１から剥離された状態において、包装シート２の剥離面側から視認可能であってもよい。また、かかる記載は、吸収性物品１が個装されている状態において、包装構造１００の外側から視認可能であってもよい。
　また、本実施形態に係る包装構造１００では、包装シート２は、図５及び図６に示すように、第１折り線Ｘ１、第２折り線Ｘ２及び第３折り線Ｘ３に沿って折り畳まれることによって、吸収性物品１を個装するように構成されている。
　ここで、図５に示すように、水解性の剥離シート２１ａは、長手方向Ｌにおいて、第１折り線Ｘ１、第２折り線Ｘ２及び第３折り線Ｘ３を跨がないように配置されていてもよい。
　かかる構成によれば、包装構造１００が開封された際に、水解性の剥離シート２１ａに記載されている文字や絵柄等の視認性が良くなる。
　なお、水解性の剥離シート２１ｂも、長手方向Ｌにおいて、第１折り線Ｘ１、第２折り線Ｘ２及び第３折り線Ｘ３を跨がないように配置されていてもよい（後述する図１０参照）。
　図７に示すように、本実施形態に係る包装構造１００を構成する吸収性物品１は、液透過性の表面シート１１と、液不透過性の裏面シート１２と、表面シート１１と裏面シート１２との間に配置される吸収体１３とを有している。なお、本実施形態に係る吸収性物品１は、表面シート１１と吸収体１３との間に、セカンドシートを有していてもよい。
　例えば、表面シート１１として、２５目付けのエアースルー不織布であり、ポリエチレンテレフタレート（ＰＥＴ）からなる２.２ｄｔｅｘの芯及びポリエチレン（ＰＥ）からなる鞘によって形成される繊維を用いることができる。
　ここで、表面シート１１に対して、嵩回復処理（例えば、温度９０度で１０分間放置）を施して、表面シート１１の密度を、０.０２５ｇ/ｃｍ３となるように調整してもよい。
　吸収体１３は、粉砕パルプ及び高分子吸収ポリマーと両者を包み込むコアラップとによって構成されている。ここで、高分子ポリマーは、アクリル酸ナトリウム共重合体の粒状のポリマーである。
　また、コアラップは、液体を吸収する任意の材料のシートである。例えば、コアラップとして、ティッシュを用いてもよいし、親水性繊維や粉砕パルプをエアレイド法によってシート状にしたエアレイドシートを用いてもよい。
　図８（ａ）乃至図８（ｄ）を参照して、使用者が、本実施形態に係る包装構造１００を開封して、包装構造１００に含まれている吸収性物品１を使用する動作について説明する。
　第１に、使用者は、下着に固定されている使用済みの吸収性物品１を外す。
　第２に、使用者は、図８（ｂ）に示すように、図８（ａ）の状態の包装構造１００を開封する。
　第３に、使用者は、図８（ｃ）に示すように、吸収性物品１から、包装シート２を剥離する。
　そして、使用者は、剥離した包装シート２で使用済みの吸収性物品１を包んで、持ち帰る、或いは、ゴミ箱に廃棄する。
　なお、かかる状態では、かかる吸収性物品１において、裏面シート１２の衣服当接面側の第２領域５０に塗布されている接着剤は、露出しているが、ウィング部４１の衣服当接面側の第１領域５１及びヒップフラップ部４２の衣服当接面側の領域５２に塗布されている接着剤は、露出していない。
　第４に、使用者は、かかる吸収性物品１を下着に取り付ける。
　その後、図８（ｄ）に示すように、使用者は、吸収性物品１から、水解性の剥離シート２１ａを剥離し、ウィング部４１を下着のクロッチに巻き込んで固定する。ここで、使用者は、剥離した水解性の剥離シート２１ａを、トイレに廃棄する。
　同様に、図８（ｄ）に示すように、使用者は、吸収性物品１から、水解性の剥離シート２１ｂを剥離し、ヒップフラップ部４２を下着の上に広げて固定する。ここで、使用者は、剥離した水解性の剥離シート２１ａを、トイレに廃棄する。
　次に、本実施形態に係る包装構造１００の製造方法の一部について説明する。なお、以下に記載されていない方法については、既存の方法を用いることができる。
　第１に、搬送中のウェブから、吸収性物品１をカットする。
　第２に、吸収性物品１の肌当接面側に、ウィング部４１及びヒップフラップ部４２を折り畳む。
　第３に、剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂに接着剤を塗布し、折り畳まれたウィング部４１における第１領域５１及びヒップフラップ部４２における領域５２を覆うように、剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂを配置する。
　第４に、吸収性物品１を、衣服当接面側を下にした状態で包装シート２用ウェブ上に配置する。
　第５に、吸収性物品１が包装シート２用ウェブ上に配置された状態で折り工程を行う。
　本実施形態に係る包装構造１００によれば、ウィング部４１が表面シート１１の肌当接面側に折り畳まれた状態において、第１領域５１、領域５２を覆うように剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂが設けられており、かつ、第２領域５０を覆うように包装シート２及び剥離シート２２が設けられているため、開封時に、吸収性物品１を下着に取り付けるための接着剤が全て露出することを防ぐことができる。
　また、本実施形態に係る包装構造１００によれば、非水解性の包装シート２及び剥離シート２２が接合されているために、開封時に、トイレに流すことができない複数のゴミが発生するという事態を回避することができる。
　また、本実施形態に係る包装構造１００によれば、包装シート２を開封した後に、裏面シート１２の衣服当接面側の第２領域５０に配置されている接着剤を下着に貼り付けてから、ウィング部４１の衣服当接面側の第１領域５１に配置されている接着剤を露出させることができ、かつ、使用済みの吸収性物品１を包装シート２に包んで捨てた後、ウィング部４１及びヒップフラップ部４２に配置されている接着剤を覆う剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂをトイレに流すことができる。
　また、本実施形態に係る包装構造１００において、水解性の剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂ及び非水解性の剥離シート２２には、異なる文字又は絵柄の少なくとも一方が記載されている、具体的には、水解性の剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂには、トイレに流すことができる旨を示す文字又は絵柄の少なくとも一方が記載されており、非水解性の剥離シート２２には、トイレに流すことができない旨を示す文字又は絵柄の少なくとも一方が記載されている場合、使用者は、トイレに流すことができる剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂとトイレに流すことができない剥離シート２２とを区別することができる。
（変更例１）
　図９を参照して、本発明の変更例１に係る包装構造１００について、上述の第１の実施形態に係る包装構造１００との相違点に着目して説明する。
　本変更例１に係る包装構造１００では、図９に示すように、水解性の剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂの代わりに、領域５１及び領域５２を覆うように、１枚の水解性の剥離シート２３が設けられている。
（変更例２）
　図１０及び図１１を参照して、本発明の変更例２に係る包装構造１００について、上述の第１の実施形態に係る包装構造１００との相違点に着目して説明する。
　本変更例２に係る包装構造１００では、図１０及び図１１に示すように、領域５１を覆うように設けられている非水解性の剥離シート２１ｃの剥離処理が施されていない面側において、吸収性物品１が個装されている状態で包装シート２に当接する領域２１ｄに接着剤が塗布されている。
　かかる構成によれば、非水解性の剥離シート２１ｃは、吸収性物品１が個装されている状態において包装シート２に接合されているため、第３折り線Ｘ３に沿って包装シート２が開封される際に、吸収性物品１から剥離されるため、使用者が、包装構造１００の開封後に、非水解性の剥離シート２１ｃを吸収性物品１から剥離する手間を省くことができる。
（その他の変更例）
　なお、水解性の剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂ及び非水解性の剥離シート２２は、異なる色相の材料によって構成されていてもよい。
　かかる構成によれば、使用者は、トイレに流すことができる剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂとトイレに流すことができない剥離シート２２とを区別することができる。
　なお、水解性の剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂ及び非水解性の剥離シート２２を、印刷によって異なる色相にしてもよいし、染色によって異なる色相にしてもよい。水解性の剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂ及び非水解性の剥離シート２２を染色によって異なる色相にする場合には、繊維間にインクが配されることが無いので、剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂの水解性を維持することができる。
　また、水解性の剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂには、剥離処理が施されている領域及び剥離処理が施されていない領域が設けられていてもよい。
　例えば、水解性の剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂ内で、領域５１、５２に当接する領域において、剥離処理が施されており、それ以外の領域において、剥離処理が施されていなくてもよい。
　かかる構成によれば、剥離処理が施されていない領域は、水に濡れやすいので、水解性を高めることができる。
　また、水解性の剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂは、クレープ紙に対して剥離処理を施すことによって形成されていてもよい。かかる構成によれば、その波型形状により、水に接触する表面積が増すため、水解性を高めることができる。
　また、水解性の剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂには、複数のスリット又は延伸処理された部位が設けられていてもよい。かかる構成によれば、剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂが水流によって分割されやすくなるため、水解性を高めることができる。
　また、水解性の剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂは、水流に対する抵抗を低減する形状を有していてもよい。例えば、水解性の剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂは、水流に対する抵抗を低減する形状として、矢じり形状等の凸部を有する形状を有していてもよい。
　かかる構成によれば、剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂが、水に沈みやすく、すなわち、水に流れやすくなる。
　さらに、水解性の剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂには、親水油剤が塗布されていてもよい。
　かかる構成によれば、剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂの水解性を、より高めることができ、かつ、剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂが、水に沈みやすく、すなわち、水に流れやすくなる。
　なお、包装構造１００に含まれる吸収性物品１に、ウィング部４１が設けられていなくてもよい。かかる場合、使用者は、吸収性物品１を下着に着用する際に、吸収性物品１の幅方向Ｗの長さ寸法が最も短い位置を、下着のクロッチに合わせて、吸収性物品１を下着に固定する。
　さらに、吸収性物品１の下着への取り付け性を考慮して、剥離シート２１ａ、２１ｂ、２２の幅方向Ｗの長さ寸法は、吸収性物品１本体の幅方向Ｗの長さ寸法よりも小さくてもよい。
　以上、上述の実施形態を用いて本発明について詳細に説明したが、当業者にとっては、本発明が本明細書中に説明した実施形態に限定されるものではないということは明らかである。本発明は、請求の範囲の記載により定まる本発明の趣旨及び範囲を逸脱することなく修正及び変更態様として実施することができる。従って、本明細書の記載は、例示説明を目的とするものであり、本発明に対して何ら制限的な意味を有するものではない。

　以上説明したように、本発明によれば、包装シートを開封した際に、吸収性物品を下着に取り付けるための接着剤が全て露出することを防ぎ、かつ、トイレに流すことができないゴミの発生を低減することができる包装構造を提供することができる。

  1. 　吸収性物品及び前記吸収性物品を個装する包装シートからなる包装構造であって、
    　前記吸収性物品は、液透過性の表面シートと、液不透過性の裏面シートと、前記表面シートと前記裏面シートとの間に配置される吸収体とを有し、
    　前記吸収性物品には、幅方向の両外側に延出するウィング部が設けられており、
    　前記ウィング部の衣服当接面側の第１領域及び前記裏面シートの衣服当接面側の第２領域に、前記吸収性物品を下着に固定するための接着剤が塗布されており、
    　前記ウィング部が前記表面シートの肌当接面側に折り畳まれた状態において、前記第１領域を覆うように、水解性の剥離シートが設けられており、
    　前記包装シートは、非水解性であり、下着に固定するための接着剤に対して剥離可能であり、かつ、前記第２領域を覆うように設けられていることを特徴とする包装構造。
  2. 　前記包装シートには、包装シートと別体の非水解性の剥離シートが接合されていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の包装構造。
  3. 　前記包装シートの少なくとも一部に、剥離処理が施されている領域が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の包装構造。
  4. 　前記水解性の剥離シート及び前記非水解性の剥離シートには、異なる文字又は絵柄の少なくとも一方が記載されていることを特徴とする請求項２に記載の包装構造。

  7. 　前記水解性の剥離シートには、剥離処理が施されている領域及び剥離処理が施されていない領域が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項２、４乃至６のいずれか一項に記載の包装構造。
  8. 　前記水解性の剥離シートは、クレープ紙に対して剥離処理を施すことによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項２、４乃至７のいずれか一項に記載の包装構造。
  9. 　前記水解性の剥離シートには、複数のスリット又は延伸処理された部位が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項２、４乃至８のいずれか一項に記載の包装構造。
  10. 　前記水解性の剥離シートには、親水油剤が塗布されていることを特徴とする請求項２、４乃至９のいずれか一項に記載の包装構造。
  11. 　前記水解性の剥離シートは、やじり形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項２、４乃至１０のいずれか一項に記載の包装構造。
