Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif médical d'accès endoluminal (1) qui est conçu pour être transporté par voie endoluminale jusqu'à un site cible extracellulaire (5) au niveau d'un site de vascularisation d'une vascularisation d'un corps humain ou animal, telle que la microvascularisation. Le dispositif (1) comprend un corps (112) qui se termine par une extrémité distale (100) et comprend une partie de pénétration distale (102) qui est conçue pour traverser une paroi de tissu dudit site de microvascularisation (4) au niveau d'un site cible extravasculaire dans ledit corps et qui est conçue pour au moins partiellement être placée contre ladite paroi de tissu, et une section de raccordement proximale (101), qui est contiguë de manière proximale à ladite partie de pénétration (102), et comprenant facultativement une unité limitant la profondeur d'intrusion (116, 118) et/ou une section de séparation (115) conçue pour permettre une séparation contrôlée de la partie de pénétration (102) à partir d'une partie proximale raccordée (110) du corps. La partie distale comprend une surface externe (136) conçue pour être en communication d'émission-réception avec le site cible lorsqu'elle est placée au niveau de ce dernier.
