Abstract

La présente invention concerne un implant dentaire (20)comprenant : un corps conique (32); un axe longitudinal (L2); une extrémité distale (24); une extrémité proximale ouverte (22); des moyens de retenue de l'implant (38) prévus sur une partie externe dudit corps, les moyens de retenue de l'implant comprenant au moins un filet (38), au moins une rainure (50) étant située sur la face (58) du/des filet(s) au niveau d'une partie proximale (26) de l'implant dentaire; une bride (36) qui est facultativement munie d'au moins une rainure (46); un alésage interne (66) situé à l'intérieur d'une partie dudit corps, ledit alésage interne ayant une extrémité proximale au niveau de l'extrémité proximale ouverte dudit corps et une extrémité distale (72); une première partie (68) dudit alésage interne comprenant une surface inclinée (80) tournée vers l'intérieur ayant une extrémité proximale et une extrémité distale, ladite surface inclinée s'étendant depuis la proximité l'extrémité proximale dudit alésage interne vers l'extrémité distale dudit alésage interne, ladite surface étant formée par une trajectoire inclinée interne allant vers son extrémité distale en formant un angle d'environ 8 degrés à environ degrés par rapport audit axe longitudinal lorsqu'on observe l'implant de côté; une deuxième partie dudit alésage interne comprenant une région d'insertion (69) tournée vers l'intérieur située entre l'extrémité distale de ladite surface (80) et l'extrémité distale dudit alésage interne, la région d'insertion tournée vers l'intérieur ayant une pluralité de lobes concaves (74) qui s'étendent partiellement vers le haut jusque dans la surface inclinée (80) tournée vers l'intérieur; et une troisième partie dudit alésage interne comprenant une région (70) filetée à l'intérieur située entre ladite région d'insertion tournée vers l'intérieur et l'extrémité distale dudit alésage interne, le rapport (L/D) de la longueur des lobes (74) par rapport au diamètre de l'implant est d'au moins 0,4, de préférence d'au moins 0,45, par exemple de 0,52. La présente invention concerne également l'association d'un implant à raccordement interne et d'un appui complémentaire, ainsi qu'un appui.
