Abstract

La présente invention concerne un couvercle de récipient (2) refermable, comprenant : une surface de couvercle dotée d'une face supérieure et d'une face inférieure, d'un bord périphérique (6) et d'une zone pour une ouverture de distribution, délimitée par au moins un profil d'affaiblissement totalement ou partiellement périphérique; une patte formant levier (14), fixée rotative par un moyen de fixation sur la surface de couvercle (10), destinée à ouvrir au moins partiellement ladite zone en formant l'ouverture de distribution (12) et dotée d'une première région d'extrémité (16) et d'une seconde région d'extrémité (18), opposée, la première région d'extrémité, dans la position ouverte, pouvant être amenée au moins partiellement en recouvrement avec une partie de la zone pour l'ouverture de distribution ou se trouvant en recouvrement avec cette dernière, et la seconde région d'extrémité se trouvant, par rapport à la première région d'extrémité, de l'autre côté du moyen de fixation (24). La patte formant levier (14) comporte, sur la seconde région d'extrémité ou au voisinage de celle-ci, un module de fermeture (36) comprenant : un collet de fermeture (32) qui s'applique contre la face supérieure de la surface de couvercle ou peut être appliqué sur celle-ci et qui, dans la position fermée, entoure en particulier de manière étanche l'ouverture de distribution lors de l'application contre la face supérieure de la surface de couvercle; et un obturateur d'ouverture refermable, notamment bordé par le collet de fermeture (32). L'invention concerne en outre un récipient comprenant ce couvercle de récipient (2), un procédé de fabrication de récipients de ce type et l'utilisation des couvercles de récipient (2) selon l'invention.
