Abstract
본 발명은 연약지반의 육상부에 설치된 이동이 가능한 조립장치와 전동식 결속공구를 이용하여 강성의 대나무와 연성의 로프를 효율적으로 결속함으로써 대발매트의 제작이 용이하고, 또 대발매트가 포설되는 위치에서 대발매트의 조립ㆍ제작이 가능하고 바로 그 자리에서 대발매트의 포설이 가능한 대발매트의 시공방법을 제공하고자한 것이다. 대발매트를 이동이 가능한 조립장치와 전동식 결속공구에 의해 조립이 가능한 구조이므로 현장에서 제작하여 제작된 바로 그 자리에서 현장 포설이 이루어지기 때문에 제작에서부터 포설까지의 단위공기를 대폭 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다. 그뿐 아니라 구름마찰파이프를 일정간격으로 설치함으로써 토목섬유매트 위의 1차 대발매트의 포설과, 그리고 1차 대발매트위에 격자형태의 2차 대발매트의 포설이 구름마찰파이프로 인해 마찰력이 크게 감소되어 1, 2차 대발매트의 포설을 용이하고 효율적으로 이루어지는 유용한 발명이다.
