Abstract

본 발명은 다단 임팩터 모듈을 구비한 입자 측정 장치에 관한 것으로, 다단 임팩터 모듈에 의해 외부 공간의 입자를 강제 흡입하여 일정 흐름을 유도하고 흡입되어 유동하는 입자와 충돌하여 발생하는 산란광을 이용하여 입자의 분포 상태를 실시간으로 측정할 수 있고, 아울러 내부로 흡입된 입자를 다단 임팩터 모듈을 통해 크기에 따라 단계적으로 포집하여 입자에 대한 성분 분석을 종류별로 분리하여 수행할 수 있게 하는 입자 측정 장치를 제공한다.
