Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Fremdstromdetektion in einem Stromversorgungssystem (10), das mindestens ein elektrisches Gerät (16), ein Stromnetz (14) mit Leitungspfaden (18, 20) zur Versorgung des Gerätes (16) und eine zentrale elektrische Einspeisevorrichtung (12) zum Einspeisen elektrischer Leistung in das Stromnetz (14) aufweist, wobei die Einspeisevorrichtung (12) an einem ersten der Leitungspfade (18) angeschlossen ist, an dem ein Bezugspotential (φ1) anliegt und an mindestens einem zweiten der Leitungspfade (20) angeschlossen ist, an dem ein Potential zum Generieren eines Betriebsstroms (φ2) durch das Gerät (16) anliegt, wobei der erste Leitungspfad (18) mittels eines definierten Erdungsabzweigs (22) eines unmittelbar an die Einspeisevorrichtung (12) angeschlossenen und sonst unverzweigten Anschlussabschnitts (26) des ersten Leitungspfads (18) geerdet ist. Es ist vorgesehen, dass der Fremdstrom durch einen Vergleich des Betriebsstroms mit einem den Erdungsabzweig (22) durchfließenden Erdungsschlussstrom ermittelt wird. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin eine Vorrichtung (40) zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens.
