Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouvel amortisseur d'un type quelconque doté d'un fluide biodégradable, apte à remplacer avec des avantages considérables le fluide hydraulique à base minérale actuellement utilisé dans des amortisseurs, ou des dérivés de celui-ci, qui sont dépourvus de propriétés de biodégradabilité et également caractérisés par une faible stabilité thermique, ledit nouveau fluide apportant une amélioration du développement fonctionnel et de la durée de vie, entre autres avantages. Ce nouveau fluide hydraulique biodégradable pour amortisseur peut posséder une base synthétique du groupe V ou du groupe des glycols, en solution ou non, présentant une stabilité thermique élevée et de faibles variations de viscosité, en plus de posséder une caractéristique de biodégradabilité. La viscosité et la densité doivent être compatibles avec l'application du fluide hydraulique pour amortisseur, qui peut comprendre des fractions d'additifs spécifiques, entre autres anti-mousse, anticoagulants et anti-effervescents, ou encore antioxydants, et avec la présence d'un joint à garniture avec application de plasma, obtenu par une composition de plusieurs gaz. Il peut également se présenter comme un dispositif de surveillance de l'usure d'amortisseurs automobiles, doté d'un capteur de cycles réalisés avec ressort magnétique, éventuellement équipé d'un dispositif électronique de régulation par vanne proportionnelle du facteur d'absorption.
