Abstract
L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif à nanopores, lequel procédé met en œuvre : la disposition d'une couche de matériau de substrat ayant un pore à travers celui-ci, et le dépôt d'une paire d'électrodes sur la surface du matériau de substrat, de sorte que les électrodes sont situées au voisinage du pore. Les électrodes sont déposées par dépôt induit par faisceau de particules. Le dépôt peut être induit à l'aide d'un faisceau de particules qui est non perpendiculaire à la surface du substrat.
