Abstract

다시점 비디오 부호화/복호화 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 다시점 비디오 부호화 장치는 부호화하고자 하는 제1 시점의 프레임에 속한 현재 블록을 제1 시점의 프레임을 이용하는 제1 스킵 모드 또는 제2 시점의 프레임을 이용하는 제2 스킵 모드에 따라 부호화함으로써 부호화 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
