Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wandaufbau für thermisch isolierte Behälter mit erweitertem Temperatureinsatzbereich, in denen Gegenstände, Lebensmittel, Pharmaka, biologische Proben, Blut, Blutplasma oder auch für eine Transplantation vorgesehene Organe in jeweils geeigneter Form temperiert gelagert oder transportiert werden können, ohne dass eine unerwünschte Beeinträchtigung über einen größeren Zeitraum auftritt und keine zusätzliche Energiezufuhr für eine zusätzliche Kühlung oder Erwärmung erforderlich ist. Bei dem Wandaufbau ist eine Innenwand aus einem thermoplastischen Polymer vorhanden, die einen inneren Behälter bildet. An der Innenwand ist direkt mindestens eine Lage, die aus einer aus einem thermoplastischem Polymer gebildeten Folie besteht, und/oder ein aus einer polymeren Hartschaumkunststoffschicht gebildetes plattenförmiges Element flächig anliegt/anliegen vorhanden. Daran schließt sich in Richtung einer Außenwand des Wandaufbaus, die aus Metall und/oder einem Polymer gebildet ist, ein Mehrschichtaufbau an, der aus mindestens einer Folie (4) eines thermoplastischen Polymers und einem Vakuumisolationspaneel oder einem Isolationspaneel, das mit einem porösen Element oder mit porösem Material gebildet ist.
