Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système modulaire de panneaux et d'éléments structuraux thermoplastiques extrudés en polychlorure de vinyle (PVC) pour la construction de bâtiments préfabriqués, ledit système ayant été développé, analysé et réalisé afin d'obtenir de nombreux et remarquables avantages par rapport à d'autres systèmes existants de fonctions affines. Le système est formé de panneaux et d'éléments thermoplastiques creux et allongés de section transversale rectiligne présentant des découpes latérales circulaires réparties stratégiquement de manière linéaire et uniforme pour permettre une communication interne et l'introduction d'éléments de renfort structural entre les panneaux et les éléments, pour l'assemblage du système, les panneaux et les éléments coulissent les uns contre les autres, se liant entre eux avec une grande précision, et forment ainsi les murs verticaux et la toiture du bâtiment.
