Abstract

본 발명의 화목보일러는 하부의 화목연소실과 상부의 열교환기가 수직연관으로 연결된 횡형 2패스 구조이다. 열교환기는 내주면이나 외주면에 형성된 열교환핀과 내부에 형성된 지그재그판을 통해 열효율을 향상시킨다. 또한, 열교환기는 배기연관에 설치된 수액배출구 쪽으로 하향 경사지도록 형성된다. 배기연관에는 배풍기가 설치되어 열교환기로부터 배기되는 연소가스가 원활히 배기되도록 한다. 한편, 물 온도에 따라 배풍기의 풍량이나 공기조절댐퍼의 열림량을 조절함으로써 배기량이나 흡기량을 조절하여 화목보일러의 열효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
