가) 기술분야 레저용 자전거 안장대 아래에 장착하는 후미등 과 물받이에 관한 것 나) 해결하고자 하는 과제 종래의 물받이와 후미등은 개별로 장착하도록 되어있어 오수도로 주행시 물받이 미장착으로 뒷바퀴로 인한 오수튀김에 후미등손상과 신체적 불 쾌감 등이 발생한다. 상기와 같은 불편한 점을 해결하기 위하여 후미 등구조에 인출식물받이판을 내장하여 오수도로 주행시 물받이판을 인출, 오물튀김을 차단하여 후미등 보호 및 신체오염 예방할 수 있도록 후미등과 물받이를 일체형으로 구성하여 상기 불편한 점을 해결하였다. 다) 과제의 해결수단 본 발명에 의한 물받이겸용후미등은 도면 제1도에 도시한 바와 같이 자전거 안장대 아래에 장착되어 고정볼트(13)로 고정한후 인출대(6)을 당기면 물받이판(1)이 U형인출구(7)를 통하여 반원형으로 굽어진 모양 으로 나오면서 연결구(3)가 돌기(8)까지 인출, 정지되고 조정볼트(5)는 물받이판(1)을 고정한다. 물받이판(1)을 인입할때는 고정볼트(5)를 풀면 판스프링지지대(4)에 감겨진 판스프링(2)이 물받이판(1)을 스스로 당기 어 인출대(6)는 몸체(9)위치에서 정지하도록 하였다. 라) 효과 앞에서 설명한 바와 같이 자전거후미등에 물받이기능이 겸용되어 평상 시, 우천시 필요한 목적으로 편리하게 사용하여 후미등 보호 와 오수 에 의한 신체적 불쾌감을 예방할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

종래의 물받이와 후미등은 개별로 장착하도록 되어있어 오수도로 주행시 물받이 미장착으로 뒷바퀴로 인한 오수튀김에 후미등손상과 신체적 불 쾌감 등이 발생한다. 상기와 같은 불편한 점을해결하기 위하여 후미 등구조에 인출식물받이판을 내장하여 오수도로 주행시 물받이판을인출, 오물튀김을 차단하여 후미등 보호 및 신체오염 예방할 수 있도록 후미등과 물받이를 일체형으로 구성하여 상기 불편한 점을 해결하였다.
본 발명에 의한 물받이겸용후미등은 도면 제1도에 도시한 바와 같이 자전거 안장대 아래에 장착되어 고정볼트(13)로 고정한후 인출대(6)을 당기면 물받이판(1)이 U형인출구(7)를 통하여 반원형으로 굽어진 모양 으로 나오면서 연결구(3)가 돌기(8)까지 인출, 정지되고 조정볼트(5)는
물받이판(1)을 고정한다. 물받이판(1)을 인입할때는 고정볼트(5)를 풀면 판스프링지지대(4)에 감겨진 판스프링(2)이 물받이판(1)을 스스로 당기 어 인출대(6)는 몸체(9)위치에서 정지하도록 하였다.
라)효과
앞에서 설명한 바와 같이 자전거후미등에 물받이기능이 겸용되어 평상 시, 우천시 필요한 목적으로 편리하게 사용하여 후미등 보호 와 오수 에 의한 신체적 불쾌감을 예방할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
자전거안장대 장착되는 물받이와 후미등에 관한 것으로 서로 별도로 설치되고 우천 후 물고인 도로주행시 물받이 미장착으로 인하여 뒷바퀴의 오수튀김으로 후미등 손상 및 신체적오염이 발생하는 것을 방지하는 효과가 있다.

본 발명에 의한 물받이겸용후미등은 도면 제1도에 도시한 바와 같이 자전거 안장대 하단에 장착하여 고정볼트(13)로 고정한 후 인출대(6)을 당기면 판 스프링(2)과 결합된 물받이판(1)이 몸체(9)에 형성된 U형인출구(7)를 통하여 반원형으로 굽어진 모양으로 나오면서 연결구(3)가 돌기(8)까지 인출되어 정 지되면 조정볼트(5)로 물받이판(1)을 고정할 수 있고, 물받이판(1)을 인입 할 때는 고정볼트(5)를 풀면 판스프링지지대(4)에 감겨진 판스프링(2)이 물받 이판(1)을 스스로 당기어 인출대(6)는 몸체(9) 위치에서 정지하도록 하였다.

Claims (2)

  1. 자전거물받이겸용후미등의 전등렌즈 하단에 구성된 물받이판의 인출대를 당 기면 연결구와 결합된 판스프링이 풀리면서 물 튀김 차단용 물받이판이 인 출되어 조정볼트로 고정할 수 있고, 평상시에 조정볼트를 풀면 감겨진 판스 프링의 장력에 의하여 물받이판이 당겨져 원상태로 복구되는 후미등겸용 물 튀김 차단장치임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    물받이판 인출시 U형 모양으로 굽어져 나오기 위하여 몸체 사출성형 시 동 시에 형성된 U형인출구 모양을 특징으로 하는 후미등겸용 물튀김차단장치 임.
