Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à une composition de résine pouvant durcir par effet photochimique destinée à une lithographie d'impression, la composition de résine pouvant durcir par effet photochimique présentant une mouillabilité exceptionnelle par rapport à des résines pouvant durcir par effet thermique ou à des résines pouvant durcir par effet photochimique pour une formation de motifs en plus de solvants organiques et, plus particulièrement, elle présente non seulement des propriétés exceptionnelles de dégagement d'un moule par rapport à des résines pouvant durcir par effet thermique ou à des résines pouvant durcir par effet photochimique pour une formation de motif, mais elle présente également une résistance chimique exceptionnelle et permet de réaliser une production stable et relativement rapide de micromotifs qui sont nécessaires à la réalisation de divers dispositifs électroniques y compris des semi-conducteurs et des affichages.
