Abstract

본 발명에 따른 태양전지 모듈은 기판과, 상기 기판의 일면에 구비된 태양전지 패널과, 상기 태양전지 패널과 기판 사이에 형성된 보호층을 포함한다. 상기와 같은 발명은 태양전지 모듈 내에 진공 또는 불활성 가스를 사용하여 보호층을 형성함으로써, 태양전지 모듈에 수분이 침투하는 것을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
