Definitions
- the invention relates to search technologies for electronic devices containing computer means via communication channels, in particular, in telecommunication networks, and can be used for devices automatically searching for each other.
- the disadvantages of the described technical solution are its low functionality, due to the high information resource consumption when searching for users of the REU, significant resources of time, traffic and funds when identifying the desired user of the REU, as well as the high probability of the lack of interest of the found user of the REU in the use of the proposed content.
- Also known is a method of automatically searching for a device on the network which consists in the fact that the device of the initiating party searches for the resource management device and, upon detection, sends it a request to search for the device with which a connection is required. If the resource management device has detected the desired device, then information related to this device is sent to the initiating party device. If the resource management device in the network does not exist, then the initiating party device announces to all other devices in the network its own device information and monitors the announcement information about all other devices. Upon receipt of information about other devices, the device with which the connection is required is sent a connection request from the device of the initiating side, and after the response, the corresponding operations are performed.
- the initiating party device is informed that information is not found (see RF patent JST "2286023, CL H 04 L 12/28, 2006).
- the disadvantages of this method are its low functionality, due to the high information resource consumption when searching for users of the REU, as well as significant resources of time, traffic and funds when identifying the desired user of the REU, as well as the fact that the purpose of the search is a specific device with previously known information about it .
- the technical result is to reduce the information resource consumption when searching for users of the REU, reducing the cost of resources of time, traffic and funds, when identifying the desired user of the REU
- the technical result is to expand its functionality by reducing the information resource consumption when searching for users of the REU, as well as reducing the cost of resources of time, traffic and funds when identifying the desired user of the REU, guaranteed to be interested in solving the same issue, as well as the mutual exchange of personalized data, and providing users with the opportunity to mutually discuss the details of the search in real time and of the space.
- the technical result is achieved due to the fact that the computer means of the REU provide software using standard methods of authorization of the REU in the communication channel, which is a wireless communication network of a given type, or due to the fact that the computer means of the REU provide software that enables the use of non-standard authorization codes for the selected REU data transmission channel established by the REU manufacturers with the ability to perform algorithmic procedures aimed to ensure the safety of data exchange of the REU, as well as due to the fact that the computer facilities of the REU provide software that allows at least one search in centralized publicly accessible databases, for example, on Internet sites, sites or in databases of manufacturers of REUs or manufacturers of REU software or in the databases of cellular operators with their subsequent installation on the REU with the possibility of generating at least one request and at least one put profile to it m transmission over communication channels through equipment having a communication with such centralized public databases or directly through RG relevant protocols of data exchange.
- the indicated technical result can also be achieved due to the fact that at least one search for the REU is carried out in centralized publicly accessible databases, for example, on Internet sites, sites or in the databases of REU manufacturers or manufacturers of REU software or in databases cellular operators by placing and activating in them requests and user profiles, as well as personalized information with the possibility of using global positioning systems of the REU at a given at least one geographical point and / or a specified distance from it, and due to the fact that the REU provide means for the user to select one or more wireless networks for at least one search and subsequent data exchange, as well as due to the fact that the REU provide means for terminating at least one search for the REU and subsequent data exchange with it, taking into account the desire of at least one user of the REU, and, in addition, due to the fact that the REU provide means for receiving, at least one user REU profile, at least one request of which is satisfied by at least one user profile of the desired REU with the possibility of partial satisfaction of at least one request with the possibility, if desired ovatelya,
- the REU provide means using publicly accessible centralized database resources that store user profiles, activate the corresponding profiles and query them by at least one search in the specified databases for at least one request using the methods of determining the location of the REU using the global search engines to determine the location of the object in space and subsequent transmission of the obtained data, as well as due to the fact that at least one search is performed at a given at least one geographical point and / or a specified distance from it at a user-specified time or time range.
- REUs For searching and exchanging information about profiles and requests between REUs and subsequent communication, users of REUs use a specially developed machine-readable medium, including machine-readable encoded instructions for the corresponding points of requests and user profiles, including wireless data transmission channels.
- the essence of this invention is as follows. According to the proposed method in the computer tools of all electronic devices (REU) in an interactive mode by the actions of users of each REU from the entire set of available types of standardized standard queries and profiles for them, each of which has a unified (unique) number, select at least one query relevant to the user at the current time for at least one search. Next, at least one request (in some cases it may be unique) is formed from a given set of criteria for a unified request, which in formalized form meets the needs of one specific user of the REU.
- REU computer tools of all electronic devices
- the user profile (in some cases it may be unique) is filled in by the user, who, together with at least one request, is used in the future when finding those REUs in computer tools which contain information relevant to the selected at least one request. Then they enter into the contents of the REU generated for at least one search of at least one request for personalized information corresponding to the REU user data on the subject of the request and assign a name for identifying in the REU memory the generated at least one request and one profile.
- each REU is assigned a machine-readable search identifier based on a unified (unique) query number, criteria values for the profile corresponding to it, and the assigned name, which is then used to search and its activation.
- the users of the REU select a communication channel by which they find the REU containing information relevant to the activated at least one request, and conduct a session of at least one search on the selected communication channel using the communication facilities of all the REU, ending with finding the desired at least one REU for a given activated at least one request, taking into account its at least one profile.
- This detection is determined by the recognition facts of the REU search identifier of at least one user corresponding to the activated at least one request and the corresponding profile of at least one user, after which the REU profile that initiated the search is automatically sent to the detected at least one REU to verify its compliance with the criteria of the same request established in this REU.
- personalized information is exchanged for users who establish the fact of detecting at least one REU corresponding to the query of at least one search, and users of these REUs get the opportunity to exchange additional information and discuss it through the selected communication channel via appropriate data transfer protocols. Further, between the above users, meetings in real time and at a specified location are possible.
- the computer facilities of the REU can be equipped with software using standard methods of authorization of the REU in the communication channel, which is a wireless communication network of a given type, in which case the completion of the automatic authorization process It is made only after checking compliance of the profiles of the corresponding REU with the requests activated in them.
- Computer facilities of the REU can be supplied with software, eliminating the need to use standard authorization codes for the selected REU data transmission channel established by the manufacturers of the REU, which also supports the relevant procedures to ensure the safety of the exchange of the REU data in automatic mode.
- the search for the REU can be carried out in centralized publicly accessible databases, for example, on Internet sites, sites or in the databases of REU manufacturers or manufacturers REU software, specialized sites or in the database of cellular operators by placing and activating in them requests (which may be unique), user profiles and other personalized information, including using any of the known systems for global location of the REU in a given at least one geographical point and / or a specified distance from it, including at the current or any other user-specified point in time with the subsequent transfer of results by ska in REU.
- this method also provides for the rapid replacement in the REU of the user profile and the request to it through the computer means of the REU and / or through public databases and / or deactivation of the activated request and / or activation of another version of the same unified request and profile for it.
- the proposed method can be used by the user selecting one or more specific wireless networks for searching and subsequent data exchange.
- This technical solution provides the ability to prohibit the search and subsequent data exchange at the request of one of the users with one or more REUs, the contact with which was established earlier and did not lead to the desired result.
- this method may provide the possibility of obtaining a profile of another user whose request is satisfied by the user profile, but the profile of another user partially does not satisfy his request for a solution the question of the possibility of continuing authorization and further data exchange.
- one or several REUs connected with centralized public databases can participate in the search process.
- the method can also use publicly accessible centralized database resources that store user profiles that activate the corresponding profiles and queries by automatically searching the databases for relevant queries from among devices located next to the user in real time and space or at a specified location with using methods for determining the location of the REU using any global search engines for determining the location of the object (in this case, the REU) in space TBE, followed by transmission data selected by the user RG.
- publicly accessible centralized database resources that store user profiles that activate the corresponding profiles and queries by automatically searching the databases for relevant queries from among devices located next to the user in real time and space or at a specified location with using methods for determining the location of the REU using any global search engines for determining the location of the object (in this case, the REU) in space TBE, followed by transmission data selected by the user RG.
- the method can provide a search for another user matching the request at a given geographical point and / or a specified distance from it.
- the machine-readable medium used in the REU can also be used to automatically exchange profiles and requests between user REUs, some of which are senders and others are recipients.
- the determining conditions are the activation by users of the relevant requests in their REU. It is necessary that the machine-readable encoded instruction on this issue would match query and user profile items. For this reason, this method further provides users with the ability to exchange data and then communicate in this environment.
- the invention is illustrated by the following description of how the REUs function when implementing the proposed method, as well as the examples given in the text.
- the user has to spend significant additional resources of time and money on communication with the owner of the subject of the search.
- the user needs to spend significant resources of time, traffic and funds when selecting the option he is looking for.
- the user’s activity provides that he travels all the time over considerable distances in transport, attends various events, cafes, clubs and other crowded places, having enough time to respond to requests coming to his mobile REU.
- the proposed method allows you to find the REU of the owner of the desired object or subject of search from the number of REU users, within reach of the user’s REU or at a given location and immediately after finding the specified REU, discuss with the users of these REUs all the mutually interesting details of the subject of the search.
- society there is an actual and incompletely realized social need for real communication with partners that meet the interests of the user's personality.
- the implementation of the invention is based on the technical authorization of the REU of users, which in this case begins only after finding an active and open for authorization REU that meets all the parameters of at least one of the requests and profiles set by users to them.
- the user's request reflects a set of criteria that are relevant only for a given specific user at a given particular moment in time.
- the profile of each user characterizes a set of search criteria (indicators) inherent only to this user. That is why the method described below has a personalized approach to search.
- all requests and user profiles should have a standard view and a set of identical search criteria in the REU.
- requests and user profiles of the REU are loaded into the REU in a single (unified) form, which is set in the REU by the user using known public resources, which can be, for example, public resources or resources of the corresponding Internet sites).
- public resources which can be, for example, public resources or resources of the corresponding Internet sites.
- Personalized user data for example, physical, physiological, anthropometric, social, etc., as well as their communicative data (phone numbers, means of communication on the Internet, etc.)
- the personified information block is not involved in the direct process of searching for the REU, and the exchange of such blocks is carried out only after the automatic conditional authorization of the REU.
- the profile of the other user (s) is displayed on the REU screen, and the REU users get the opportunity, if they wish, to exchange other, more complete data related to the search request. Moreover, any user has the opportunity to prohibit the transfer of their personal data to another subscriber, if previously the REU of these users have already been found, but negotiations on the relevant request did not lead to the desired result.
- the authorization of the REU can be carried out according to well-known standards of a user-selected data transmission channel (including wireless channels). It should be borne in mind that the many REUs that the user REU polls are open and constantly changing.
- the user has the ability to install and activate both one or several requests.
- profiles of such requests are located on publicly available resources (on the Internet, including social networks, with mobile phone service providers, on websites of manufacturers of REUs, etc.). Search criteria begin with the most important criteria in order to reduce the time for their subsequent processing in devices.
- additional request templates are introduced on public resources, and in general, the number of requests is unlimited.
- Conditional authorization in this method refers to the mutual authorization of user REUs only if all the profile criteria of other REUs meet at least one of the requests established in the user REU and if the profile of this user matches the request set in the found REUs.
- the concept of conditional authorization used in the present description does not in any way refer to the process of hardware-software authorization of devices, which is performed completely when this condition is met.
- the user upon activation of a specific request established in the REU, the user indicates the preferred data transmission channel (which may be, in a particular case, wireless). This criterion determines the ability to search for the availability of other devices and the possibility of their discovery.
- Wi-Fi communication As well as other similar channels of wireless data transmission.
- the software is installed on the user's REU located in its computer tools.
- the software can be installed by manufacturers of the REU or downloaded to the REU by users from publicly available resources.
- the user installs a unified request and a personal profile on his REU.
- This operation is well known and is widely used on the REU of various types at the present time.
- the user Using the software and the corresponding services of the REU, the user has the opportunity to download the query that is relevant to him and a profile for him, either by connecting to the server directly via data transmission channels, including wireless channels, or through any other REU (personal computer, laptop, workstation, server of a telecom operator, etc.), which is connected to databases of such data, including the Internet, via any communication channel (including using wired technology).
- REU personal computer, laptop, workstation, server of a telecom operator, etc.
- the user fills in all the criteria of the request and the profile corresponding to it, containing detailed data of the subject of the search and the profile of the user himself for this request, as well as some personal data of the user (for example, mobile phone number, activation codes of the REU via data channels, etc. .P.).
- a unified machine-readable data packet is formed for each request that can be transmitted to the user's REU, including and encoded.
- the software installed on the user's REU processes the received data packet and provides the user with the opportunity to activate automatic search and manage his process in the interactive mode by displaying the necessary information on the REU screen.
- the user selects a communication channel (for example, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Ir, etc.).
- the user through the REU software, initiates a search for all available active REUs of other users.
- the REU scans the corresponding radio frequency range (for example, for 2.4-2.48 GHz Bluetooth communication) in the space available on the selected data channel for devices that support the corresponding wireless standard communications (e.g. Bluetooth). Upon detection of such devices, they read their unified profile and the name of the request, checks for the presence of the same profile and request activated in other REUs, writes the time to the electronic means of the REU detection on every search. If the found REU profile for the request was not found during previous interactions, the correspondence of the request established in the REU for the profiles of other REUs corresponding to this request is recognized. Then, information on supported requests and profiles of the REU and information on supported services (for example, in the Bluetooth network via SDP) are read from the detected device. After that, many REUs are selected, the profiles of which correspond to the activated request.
- the corresponding radio frequency range for example, for 2.4-2.48 GHz Bluetooth communication
- REU 1 With each of the REU, an automatic survey is conducted for the presence of an active profile for each request. If a profile corresponding to the activated user request is installed and activated on the other REU, REU 1 carries out a step-by-step check of all the criteria of this request. If the first criterion for requesting the REU 1 meets the first value of the profile of the REU 2, the second criterion is analyzed. Otherwise, the analysis of the profile of the REU 2 ends and it is entered into the computer facilities of the REU 1 as it does not correspond to the request 1 and is excluded from the repeated analysis of the REU 1 for this request 1. Similarly, the check is performed from the second to the last criterion of request 1.
- REU 1 With full compliance with all the criteria of request 1 of REU 1, profile of request 1 of REU 2, REU 1 sends a signal to REU 2 about readiness for mutual authorization by sending to REU 2 the profile of REU 1 and awaits a response.
- REM 2 upon receipt of an authorization request also conducts a step-by-step analysis of these criteria of the REM 1 profile for compliance with its request 1.
- REU 2 With full compliance with all criteria of the profile 1 REM 1 to the request 1 REM 2, REU 2 gives the REU 1 signal confirming readiness for mutual authorization in the form of sending an authorization code via the selected communication channel. Having received this code, REU 1 in automatic mode sends its authorization code to REU 2 and both devices carry out automatic authorization on the condition that the search criteria established by request 1 match.
- both devices display on their screens all parameters of the request profile 1 of the found REU received from the other device and send each other the personalized information of the REU (in particular, the authorization codes of the REU on all communication channels, mobile phone number, e-mail address, etc.) .P.).
- the authorization of these devices is carried out in a fully automatic mode based on protocols and technical solutions standardized by SIG (Special Interest Group), new or similar for other data transmission channels. After that, users get the opportunity to exchange other data, voice conversation and / or personal meeting.
- SIG Specific Interest Group
- both devices If at the step of waiting for a response, the REU 1 receives a denial of authorization due to a mismatch of user requests, which, inter alia, is the lack of a response to the sent authorization request within the timeout period, both devices enter one another into the REU computer facilities as unsuitable by request 1, to exclude from the analysis of their profiles when searching in the future. In this case, the devices continue to poll other accessible REUs upon request 1.
- the REU user 1 Upon receipt of the profiles corresponding to the request of several other REUs, the REU user 1 gets the opportunity to choose the most suitable option on request 1 and / or exchanges data with all found REU. Upon completion of the survey of all other currently available REUs at the request of 1, REU 1 begins a survey of other user requests, if activated.
- the REU of the user After performing mutual authorization with one or more other REUs, the REU of the user receives complete information on all the criteria of each of the requests — the profile of the discovered REU for this request and personified user data. The user has the opportunity to start exchanging data with all such REUs, or with some of them, depending on the responses of REUs received by other users in the automatic mode.
- REU software Setting the request and the corresponding profile can be done using the REU software in a different way.
- an array of unified query templates and profiles should be installed in the REU beforehand by the manufacturers of the REU or by users.
- the REU software sequentially displays all the criteria for request 1 and profile 1. The user fills in all the relevant items and gets the opportunity to activate request 1 via the selected data transmission channel and / or all available data transmission channels.
- the user has the ability to fill in as many different requests and profiles on them that are relevant to him at the moment, while he has the ability to simultaneously activate one and / or several requests at the same time, as well as deactivate all requests at any time.
- Another possibility of implementing the proposed method involves the use of centralized public resources (the Internet, databases of manufacturers of REUs, databases of a given purpose, etc.).
- the user REU directly or through another device connected to centralized databases, activates the corresponding request to search for the REU at a specific geographical point and / or in a user-defined area of removal from it (search radius).
- search radius A special case of such a request is a request to search for other REUs at the location of the user's REU at a distance not exceeding that specified by the user himself.
- the request arrives in a centralized database (CBD) containing information about all users who activated such a service.
- CBD centralized database
- the service offered on the CBD sites includes the use of any of the known global search tools to determine the spatial location of all REUs that activated the service.
- the search is carried out only from among the REU located in the specified geographical area. If among such REUs devices are found whose profiles correspond to the user's request, the CDB service compares the correspondence of the user profile on the first request to the requests established by users of these other REUs.
- these users will send profiles and personalized user data to the REU of these users, indicating the name of the request and the location of the REU. Users get the opportunity to view received data on the screens of their REUs and activate their requests for REUs through the data transmission channel that corresponds to the mutual remoteness of the REUs of users or immediately start discussing the details of the request using the obtained personalized data of the found user.
- a typical request and a profile corresponding to it to search for a REU for another user can be a request to search for an REU with a unified machine-readable request installed on it and a profile of a specific product or service, a partner according to the established search criteria, etc.
- users are filled out either using publicly available databases (for example, sites on the Internet) or using software located in the RED's computer tools relevant to them Requests and their corresponding personal user profiles.
- the criterion 1 of the request may be the gender of the user, then the value of criterion 1 of such a request will be, let's say, the female gender, and the value of criterion 1 of the profile to it, say, male.
- Criterion 2 can be the age of the user himself (the value of criterion 2 of the profile, for example, 25 years) and the age of the partner he is looking for (the value of criterion 2 of the request, for example, from 20 to 25 years).
- Other criteria for such a request may be marital status, place of residence, social status, personal qualities, social status, and other characteristics significant for the user.
- Important criteria in such a Request are criteria that determine the purpose of the search.
- such criteria may be the creation of a family, the creation of long-term relationships, a simple acquaintance with the aim of jointly visiting any exhibitions, cafes, museums, entertainment centers, traveling together, etc.
- each user fills out his personal profile, as well as the request corresponding to the profile — all the parameters of his interest to the other (desired) user (subscriber) and / or the range of valid parameters.
- the number of search criteria can be arbitrarily large, but at the same time all of them must be unified in order to ensure the process of automatic search.
- Criteria can be regularly updated and supplemented on publicly available databases (for example, on the relevant Internet sites, manufacturers of REUs, manufacturers of REU software, etc.) and downloaded by the user to the REU as necessary to update them.
- User’s personal data can be added to the user’s profile (for example, phone number, data of publicly available Internet communicators (Skype, ICQ, etc.), etc.), photos, set activation codes for their REU via various wireless data channels, as well as other personalized data.
- the received data packet is processed into a machine-readable data packet, transmitted or directly generated in the REU, and installed in the user REU.
- the user’s REU starts scanning the selected frequency range of the wireless data transfer to find other users who installed and activated the same request in their REU, and only those REUs corresponding to the profile which satisfies the request of the user REU. In this case, the REU profile of the user himself must satisfy the request established in the found REU.
- the proposed method simultaneously provides the ability to install and activate in the REU one or more user requests for an arbitrarily wide list of query topics.
- the user When activating a request or requests, the user selects a communication channel - local (for example, Bluetooth and / or Wi-Fi, and / or other wireless data transmission channels) or global (for example, public sites of user databases and queries on the Internet and / or database data and queries of networks of cellular operators and / or other similar databases), as well as the location of the user / subscriber (for example, the current location of the user and / or radius of the search at a given geographical point) and time (current time or plan future time interval).
- a communication channel for example, Bluetooth and / or Wi-Fi, and / or other wireless data transmission channels
- global for example, public sites of user databases and queries on the Internet and / or database data and queries of networks of cellular operators and / or other similar databases
- time current time or plan future time interval
- a signal about readiness for mutual authorization and a request to perform a counter check of the user profile matching the requests established in these other REUs are sent to these REUs automatically using the REU computer tools;
- the name of the request and the profile of another user / subscriber are displayed on the REU screens with the results of the compliance check if there are any differences allowed by the user, and / or immediately automatic mutual authorization of the REU of these users is performed. If there are insignificant differences in the profile of another subscriber / user from the request, the user decides information on the possibility of further continuing the automatic authorization of devices depending on the received profile data of another user.
- the result of the implementation of the proposed method will be the receipt and display on the REU screen of users of personalized subscriber data that meet the established criteria and mutual automatic authorization of their REU with the possibility of subsequent exchange of additional data and / or their communication via selected communication channels (including using VOIP technology or the like technologies without using paid charging in the networks of mobile operators and / or using one of their choice) and / or meeting in real space and time to discuss the details of the request and the search.
- the user After completing the search for the first request established in the REU, the user receives a list of REUs and personified data of other users matching the request in the specified time and place of search, if any, or an REU message about the absence of the desired options according to the criteria established in the REU.
- the REU automatically starts the process of searching for other users corresponding to the REU request in sequence similar to the one described above for each of the activated requests.
- the REU analyzes the profile (profile 2) of other REUs corresponding to the request, on the third request (request 3), the profiles for the third request (profile 3) of other REUs, etc. until the end of the search for all requests activated by the user in the REU.
- the user REU itself participates in the search process performed by other REUs with all their activated profiles for executable requests and responds to requests for mutual authorization from these REUs.
- all previously interviewed REUs of other users that do not satisfy any of the activated user requests are pushed onto the RAM stack and excluded from further analysis of his profile in the current search session as not matching this request, and is executed analysis of profiles of only those REUs that have not been previously interviewed.
- each user of the REU has the ability to deactivate the request (s) in his REU at any time using the software installed in the REU. In this case, the user REU becomes inaccessible for search by other REUs.
- User 2 is a woman, 30 years old, single. He wants to find a user - a man, aged 30 to 40 years old, single.
- User K is a woman, 23 years old, single. He wants to find a user - a man, aged 20 to 30 years old, single.
- REU software of the selected REU
- REU computer tools of his REU
- Each of these, the same for all users (unified), type of request 1 has its own unique number, which can be used to create the identifier of the REU search for this request 1.
- the number of request 1 in this Example is 128.
- the REU sequentially displays all the criteria of the request and profile in the interactive mode, and user 1 fills in all the parameters that are important for him to search for a partner to meet and - completely - his profile for this request.
- Criterion 1 of the request is the gender of the user. The value of criterion 1 of such a search query will be female, and the value of criterion 1 of the profile to it will be male. Accordingly, the value of criterion 1 in the request (“acquaintance (128)”) is female, the first criterion in profile 1 is male.
- the entered data is stored using computer tools of the REU as the value of the criterion 1 of the request and the profile for this request.
- the criterion 2 of request 1 and profile 1 are displayed on the REU screen to fill in their values by user 1 in the interactive mode and then saved using computer tools of REU 1.
- the criterion 2 of query 1 is the age of the user being searched, and criterion 2 of the profile 1 - age of the user 1.
- the REU displays, and user 1 interactively enters the value of criterion 2 of profile 1 - (his age) - 25 years.
- the entered data is stored in the REU using its computer tools as the values of criterion 2 of request 1 and profile 1 to this request.
- the criterion 3 of request 1 and profile 1 is displayed on the REU screen to fill in their values with the user and then saved in the REU 1.
- the user fills all other criteria search by request 1 (acquaintance) and profile 1 to it. If any parameters of query 1 are insignificant for user 1, he leaves empty (empty) the values of the corresponding search criterion for query 1.
- the criterion when performing a subsequent search for the REU, and when analyzing the results of the search for the REU, its positive result for such (insignificant ) the criterion will be any possible value of the REU profile of another user that meets this criterion.
- the selection of possible positive matches of the REU profiles of other users at the request of 1 user 1 will, by definition, be larger.
- Important criteria in such a query are criteria that determine the purpose of the search.
- criteria may be the creation of a family, the creation of long-term relationships, a simple acquaintance with the aim of jointly visiting any exhibitions, cafes, museums, entertainment centers, traveling together, etc.
- criterion X of request 1 “dating purpose”, user 1 indicates “acquaintance”. The user also indicates the same value for this criterion in profile 1 corresponding to query 1.
- each user of the REU fills in his personal request 1 - all the parameters of the other (desired) user and / or the range of valid parameters that interests him, as well as the profile corresponding to the request.
- the number of search criteria can be arbitrarily large, but they must all be unified (monotonous, with the same number of uniform search criteria) in order to ensure automatic search for REU.
- Each user in the process of preparing the request also fills in the personalized information related to the request, which is not involved in the search process, but which the user REUs exchange after authorization to establish contacts, as well as during its implementation (only authorization codes for the REU via data transmission channels).
- This information is also stored using computer tools of the REU, as part of the request 1 and its profile.
- the personalized information of the user must include those established by the manufacturers or by themselves users authorization codes of their REU on various data transmission channels, and also any personal user data can be added (for example, phone number, data of publicly available Internet communicators (Skype, ICQ and tl), photos, and other personalized data.
- any personal user data can be added (for example, phone number, data of publicly available Internet communicators (Skype, ICQ and tl), photos, and other personalized data.
- REU 1 authorization code BLUETOOTH - 2345, phone 123-45-68
- REU K authorization code BLUETOOTH - 1234, phone 123-45-67
- request 1 and profile 1 After the completion of the formation of request 1 and profile 1 (that is, filling out all the criteria specified in request 1 (“getting to know”), the profile to it and personal (personified) data, the electronic control unit will display the corresponding diagnostic message using computer tools (“ request 1 "acquaintance, 128" is formed ”) and requests the user to enter the name of profile 1.
- the names of the profiles are not unique and are used to identify the users themselves in the REU, as well as to inform the user about the confirmation of the discovery of activated profiles 1 of other REUs by request 1 in the search process by request.
- the name of REU 1 is Andrey
- the name of REU 2 is Maria
- the REU uses its computer tools, processes the received data packet: the “type” of request 1, its name, as well as all values of profile criteria 1 in a machine-readable code, and uses it in the REU instead of the address of the REU (previously set by the manufacturer) when the selected request 1 is activated for conducting a subsequent search.
- the corresponding encoded information is recorded as the identifier of the REU search upon activation of the request 1 for searching the REU of other users by their profiles 1 of such a request 1.
- the record format of the search identifier is unified and, as a rule, is determined by the relevant standards of data transmission channels.
- the set of parameters for encoding is quite large, and some of its parameters are set by the user arbitrarily (for example, the profile name), the resulting identifier for the REU search will be almost unique. This makes it possible to distinguish between user REUs and simplifies the further search procedure.
- the identifier of the REU 1 search is formed from the parameters:
- the identifier of the REU 2 search is formed from the parameters:
- the identifier of the REU K search is formed from the parameters: 128, Anna, Zh., 23, ... etc ... acquaintance.
- the REU displays all the data channels established by the manufacturer and available for use in a particular REU, and prompts the user to select one or more of them for the current search on request 1.
- users 1, 2, K decide to activate their REUs (at the request of 1 (128)) at the current moment, and select the BLUETOOTH communication channel.
- the REU activates request 1 and profile 1 to it via the BLUETOOTH channel.
- the BLUETOOTH communication port is opened and activated in REU 1 and scanning of the entire frequency range of the selected communication channel begins.
- the REU makes a selection based on recognition of the machine-readable identifier of the REU search by request 1.
- the REU checks from the received data whether it is activated on each such (other) REU a specific profile 1 at the request of 1 “acquaintance (128)”. If so, the REU displays the name of the request 1 (“acquaintance (128)”) and the corresponding profile names 1 assigned by other users to their REU in profile 1 by request 1. At this moment, the corresponding inscription appears on the REU 1 screen: “Request acquaintance (128), review ”and the names of REU 2 -“ Maria ”, and REU K -“ Anna ”.
- the machine-readable code and all other scanned information related to the found REU are received and the data of each such REU are transferred to the REU computer tools and stored during the entire session of the current search in order to avoid re-analysis of the data of the same REU
- the REU constantly scans the BLUETOOTH band selected by user 1, and when new REUs appear in the reach of the user 1 REU through the BLUETOOTH channel, transmits all scanned data of such REUs for analysis.
- the names of the profiles of these REUs are added to the REU screen of user 1.
- the REU conducts a step-by-step analysis of compliance with the request 1 of user 1 of all the found REUs at the previous stage of profiles 1 of other users for the same request.
- At least one criterion of profile 1 of the REU of other users that is significant for user 1 is different from the corresponding user criterion of query 1 of user 1, such REUs are entered into the memory of REU 1 as inappropriate to request 1 and are excluded from further search.
- criterion 2 of profile 1 of REU 2 “Maria” is 30 years old.
- REU 1 When analyzing criterion 2 of profile 1 of REU 2 “Maria”, REU 1 compares it with the established criterion 2 of request 1 of user 1 - the range “from 18 to 25 years”, and reveals the inconsistency of criterion 2 of profile 1 of REU 2. In this case, further analysis of the remaining criteria query 1 is not searched. REU 2 is pushed onto the RAM stack of computer tools as not matching query 1 and is excluded from further processing in the current search.
- REU1 With full compliance of profile 1 of the REU of any other user with all the criteria of request 1 of REU of user 1, REU1 displays the data of such an REU (in the example it will be REU of user K) and its profile 1. The REU1 itself at this time processes the data of profiles 1 of the other REU (remaining unverified and / or reappeared in the reach zone of REU 1 via BLUETOOTH channel).
- REU 1 sends through the selected data transmission channel - in this example, through the communication channel of the BLUETOOTH standard - profile 1 of user 1 to REU of user K (REU K), and the authorization code of REU 1 through BLUETOOTH channel (2345), which is the initiation of automatic authorization.
- REU K analyzes the profile 1 of user 1 for compliance with all criteria of request 1 of user K. If any value of profile 1 of user 1 REU does not correspond to the established and activated request 1 of user K, user 1 of REU is entered into user RE K as not corresponding to request 1 of user K, and authorization from REU K is sent to REU 1.
- REU 1 also pushes the REU of user K on the operational stack computer resources as not corresponding to request 1, in order to exclude from the analysis in the current search in the future.
- user computer 1 of REU K sends the authorization code of REU K to the REU K via the selected communication channel (in this example, the authorization code of REU K through the BLUETOOTH channel), what is the answer about readiness for mutual authorization with this REU 1.
- the REU 1 sends the code - 2345 to the REU K and, in response, receives the authorization code of the REU K - 1234 on the BLUETOOTH channel.
- Both REUs (REU 1 and REU K) after receiving authorization codes via BLUETOOTH channel carry out mutual authorization.
- both REU send each other personalized information of their users (for example, phone number, set activation codes of their REU on all channels of wireless data transmission, activation codes for communication via VOIP protocol, data of publicly available Internet communicators (Skype, ICQ, etc.), photos, and other personalized data), save it to the REU using computer tools, and output it to REU screen.
- each other personalized information of their users for example, phone number, set activation codes of their REU on all channels of wireless data transmission, activation codes for communication via VOIP protocol, data of publicly available Internet communicators (Skype, ICQ, etc.), photos, and other personalized data
- REUs Users of these mutually authorized REUs get the opportunity to exchange additional information of interest to them in real time, and / or talk through communication (via VOIP for the BLUETOOTH channel) and / or through communication channels of mobile operators.
- the most important thing is that users get the opportunity to immediately meet in person and discuss all the details of request 1 that they are interested in in real time and space, since users' REUs are within reach of each other (in particular, when searching through the channel BLUETOOTH is available mutual detection of REU at a distance of the order of tens of meters).
- the proposed method provides the ability to install and activate in the REU at the same time one or more user requests for an arbitrarily wide list of query topics.
- the user When activating a request or requests, the user selects a communication channel - local (for example, Bluetooth and / or Wi-Fi, and / or other wireless data transmission channels) or global (for example, public sites of user databases and queries on the Internet and / or database data and queries of networks of cellular operators and / or other similar databases), as well as the location of the desired subscriber (user) (for example, the current location of the user and / or search radius at a given geographical point) and time (current time point or plan future time interval).
- a communication channel for example, Bluetooth and / or Wi-Fi, and / or other wireless data transmission channels
- global for example, public sites of user databases and queries on the Internet and / or database data and queries of networks of cellular operators and / or other similar databases
- time current time point or plan future time interval
- the result of the implementation of the proposed method will be the receipt, storage and display on the REU screen of users of the personalized data of other users that meet the established search criteria and mutual authorization of their REU with the possibility of subsequent exchange additional data and / or their communication on the selected communication channels (including using VOIP technology or similar technologies without using paid charging in the networks of mobile operators and / or using that at the choice of users) and / or meeting in real space and time to discuss the details of a search query.
- the user After completing the search for the first request established in the REU, the user receives a list of REU and personalized data of other users corresponding to the request at the specified time and place of search, if any, or an REU message about the absence of the desired options according to the criteria established in the REU. Depending on the desire of the user, he can change the range of communication channels search, time or location of the desired REU and repeat the search for the first request.
- the REU automatically starts the search process corresponding to other requests of the REU profiles of other users corresponding to the other requests sequentially for each of the activated requests.
- the REU analyzes the profile (profile 2) of other REUs corresponding to the request, on the third (request 3), the profiles for the third request (profile 3) of other REUs, etc. until the end of the search for all requests activated by the user in the REU.
- any user who has activated the request (s) is itself involved in the search process performed by other REUs with all of their activated profiles to executable requests and immediately responds to the initiation of mutual authorization coming from these REUs.
- each user has the opportunity, if necessary, to deactivate the request (s) in his REU at any time.
- the user REU becomes inaccessible for search by other REUs on all data transmission channels and is excluded from the search process by other REUs at the current time.
- the search is carried out mainly in real space and time without the need for centralized databases among the REU located in the reach of the user-selected channel for wireless data transmission. Since mobile phones available to almost every person can be used as REUs for this method, the convenience of automatically searching for the desired REU is indisputable.
- the search is performed automatically and does not require mandatory control by the user, and only among devices, located at a given location at a given time, and in particular, at the user's current location at the current time, even if the location changes in time (moving the REU and the user) 3.
- the compliance with the request activated by the user in the REU is not checked only the profiles of other REU corresponding to the request, but also the reverse check of the REU profile of the user himself with others that meet this REU condition, for compliance with the profiles established in the REU of the user For queries of the same type activated in other REUs, which guarantees finding only those users of other REUs who are interested in solving the same search issue at the current time.
- the use of this invention allows to expand the functionality of the REU by personalizing the search criteria, reducing information resource-intensive TM when searching for users of the REU, as well as reducing the search time, the cost of traffic resources and funds when identifying the desired user of the REU.
