Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Photovoltaik-Baugruppe (10), umfassend ein Träger-Substrat (12) aus Silizium, eine einen ersten und einen zweiten Solarzellen-Kontakt (28, 30) aufweisende Solarzelle (26), insbesondere Konzentrator-Solarzelle, die mit dem ersten Solarzellen-Kontakt (28) auf einer Oberseite (38) des Träger-Substrates (12) verbunden ist, einen in dem Träger-Substrat (12) integrierten pn-Übergang (46) zur Bildung einer Schutzdiode (14) mit einem ersten Schutzdioden-Kontakt (16) und einem zweiten Schutzdioden-Kontakt (20), die mit der Solarzelle (26) antiparallel verschaltet sind. Um die Kontakte der Schutzdiode möglichst großflächig ausbilden zu können und eine einfache Kontaktierung der Solarzelle zu erreichen, ist vorgesehen, dass der erste und zweite Schutzdioden-Kontakt (16, 20) jeweils einen ersten und zweiten Oberflächenbereich (18, 22) der Oberseite (38) des Träger-Substrats (12) bilden.
