Definitions
- the present invention refers to a modular structure bearing solar panels that are fixed to a floor by a first system through the driving of posts on said floor, by a second system through screw elements that are also fixed to the ground or by a third system consisting of a traditional foundation.
- the structure of the invention can be placed both on natural lands and on roofs.
- a structural rolled steel is used in combination with an aluminum material.
- the modular structure supporting solar panels that constitutes the object of the invention is of the type that are intended to support solar panels in an inclined plane while being anchored to a ground or terrain, characterized in that it comprises a support base inclined formed by a set of upper straps arranged in parallel directions and which are fixed perpendicularly on lower lintels arranged in inclined parallel directions, fixing of the upper straps that is performed by means of main clips in combination with anchoring elements, main clips that hug the upper straps in the crossing areas of the same with respect to the lower lintels, immobilizing solar panels on the upper straps on which they support, by combining bolts and anchoring clips that fix the solar panels against such upper straps.
- the main clips are characterized by incorporating extreme fins with through holes through which screws are introduced to ensure the fixation of the upper straps to the lower lintels in combination with nuts.
- first anchoring clips are incorporated to fix the solar panels, these clips that separate two adjacent solar panels that support their adjacent edges on the same upper belt, counting such first anchoring clips with extreme appendages which press on small areas of the upper face of the solar panels securing their fixation against the upper straps.
- said first anchoring clips comprise a "U" shaped configuration, from whose branches the extreme appendages are pulled out, while their attachment to the upper straps is carried out through their crossbar in combination with The corresponding bolts.
- the modular structure of the invention is also characterized in that it comprises second "L" shaped anchor clamps, one of whose branches rest on the upper straps being fixed by means of the corresponding bolt, while the free end of the other even branch is prolongs in an extreme appendix that presses against a small area of the upper face of the solar panels.
- articulated clips comprising a central section in the form of "U”, coplanar extensions that start from the free edges of said central section, counting such coplanar extensions with through holes.
- the crossbar of the central "U” -shaped section of the articulated clips comprises a semi-circumferential profile that sits complementary to a curved support integral to the upper belts, ensuring the position of the respective articulated clip by means of a screw and nut assembly. In this case, the solar panels rest on the coplanar extensions of the articulated clips.
- the lower lintels are attached to vertical posts driven into the ground by means of porches formed by pairs of lateral supports that are fixedly anchored to the ends of the lower lintels and to the vertical posts themselves through bolted and / or welded joints, such lateral supports presenting different heights to provide adequate inclination of the set of solar panels seated on the upper straps of the inclined support base.
- the lower lintels are linked to the vertical posts driven into the ground by means of porches formed by central supports determined by a vertical profile attached to the respective vertical post driven into the ground and by an inclined profile that articulates in said vertical profile, so that on the free ends of both mentioned profiles, connects the respective lower lintel of the inclined support base.
- Another feature of the invention is that in the connection between the inclined profile and lower lintel, incorporates an intermediate piece attached to said lower lintel.
- the lower lintels are fixed to the heads of screw elements anchored in the ground by means of higher rear armor and by simpler lower armor of lower height, thereby achieving the adequate inclination of the solar panels seated on the upper straps.
- the rear trusses comprise several profiles that converge on the heads of the screw elements, while the divergent ends of such profiles are attached to the lower lintels at different points separated from each other.
- Another feature of the invention is that the anchoring of the rear reinforcements on the heads of the screw elements is carried out by means of angular plates in combination with horizontal screws that thread in the profiles of such rear reinforcements and by means of nuts that thread in vertical screws that pass through torn holes incorporated in the heads of the screw elements anchored to the ground.
- previous reinforcements comprise a unique profile that joins the respective lower lintel and the head of the respective screw element in the same way as the subsequent reinforcements.
- the method for driving the vertical posts on the ground is based on the same construction technique used in the assembly of the guardrails on roads, so that using a machine it is coupled to any type of trailer, because due to the requirements of the element to be driven, the loads will be reduced, and the vertical posts of the structure of the invention can be driven.
- all the joints are mixed, welded on one end and screwed on the other, and are based on the use of gaskets and friction bolts placed on the treadmill with respect to the direction of stress solicitations.
- some holes are torn to absorb any differential in the relative position between the vertical posts driven into the ground that could occur, all within the tolerance range of the machine itself that is responsible for driving such vertical posts into the ground.
- the anchoring clips for fixing the solar panels on the upper belts incorporate such anchoring clips with torn holes in order to withstand the possible movements caused by the confrontation of the expansion of said upper belts.
- articulated anchoring clamps allows an inclination in the east-west axis of + 21 ° with respect to the plane that contains all the lintels of the supporting portico.
- this adjustment is made very easily with the simple adjustment of a screw, all taking into account that when modifying the orientation in a plane we will have a deformation or displacement of the bearing structure that defines the different aligned and grouped frames under the belts, but in this case, on the north-south axis, which is also easily editable rotating the respective modular structure with respect to an approximately central axis and perpendicular to the terrain so that the alignment is the same throughout the entire row of modular structures.
- the structure of the invention incorporates bracing based on stiffening braces associated with adjustable tensioners, so that such braces in combination with the tensioners are connected to the front and rear screw elements and structures of the second embodiment of the invention, absorbing without major incidence any increase in horizontal charge.
- This differential of solicitations in the elements could suggest that the porches will be different in one case and another, however due to the optimization and cost minimization requirements, both for scale manufacturing and for different assembly of equal elements in different positions, a single gantry model is manufactured for each specific installation.
- the degree of inclination that we can absorb in the north-south axis must not exceed 10 ° without having to make adjustments to the structures, so that in the case of not being able to do so, different structures should be mounted, it is that is, two or three models for different terrain adaptations.
