Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de conversion de l'énergie des vagues à l'aide du mouvement de rotation relatif entre deux ensembles flottants reliés l'un à l'autre et le mouvement de rotation relatif entre chacun des ensembles flottants et un espar qui s'étend dans l'eau à partir d'un point de liaison avec les ensembles flottants à la surface de l'eau.
