Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de transfert de matériaux transportés en vrac entre une voie ferrée et un vaisseau maritime sans nécessiter d'empiler les matériaux avant le chargement. Un moyen d'approvisionnement en marchandises (102) supporte au moins une voie ferrée (104) au-dessus d'au moins un vaisseau (108) dans un bassin (106). La voie ferrée (104) est reliée à une voie d'une infrastructure de chemin de fer pour l'approvisionnement en wagons de chemin de fer chargés destinés à un déchargement dans la ou les cales du ou des vaisseaux. Un moyen de déchargement des wagons de chemin de fer, tel qu'un culbuteur basculant (116), décharge les matériaux. La charge est dirigée par un moyen de transfert des marchandises (110) depuis le moyen d'approvisionnement en marchandises (102) dans la ou les cales (112) du ou des vaisseaux (108).
