Definitions
- the present invention relates to a slat spacing device and a shading device such as a blind including the same, and more particularly, to a device for adjusting the normal spacing between the slats during the development of the blind and a shading device such as a blind using the same.
- the present inventors provide a flow path in the slats of a shade device such as a blind or louver to form a flow path to heat the fluid by sunlight or to attach solar cells to one side of the slat to perform photovoltaic power generation.
- a shade device such as a blind or louver
- slats hereinafter referred to as 'solar slats'
- the 'slat shading device' is provided with a flow passage in the 'solar slat' so that the fluid flows and heats the fluid with sunlight to be used as a heating or heating device, or a solar cell on one side of the 'solar slat'.
- Solar power is generated by providing a solar cell, or a solar cell is provided at one side of the 'solar slat' and a flow path is formed inside the slat, but internal air is circulated through the flow path so that the temperature of the solar cell is constant. It is to ensure that the efficiency of the solar cell as high as possible so as not to rise above the temperature.
- the present inventors have also developed a solar trough device that maximizes the efficiency of the solar cell by changing the angle of the solar slat according to the azimuth and altitude angle of the sun.
- the conventional technique in the case of using a plurality of slats such as louvers or blinds as a mounting means of the solar cell, the conventional technique, the width of the gap between the slats and the slats (that is, the normal spacing) in the state that the blinds are fully deployed It could not be variably adjusted.
- the azimuth and elevation angles of the sun move along the temporal trajectory, so that the sunlight from the sun is obliquely irradiated on the slat, which is why, for example, in the morning or in the evening, one slat and the immediately adjacent slat Shading occurs in the liver, and when a portion of the solar cell mounted on the slat is shaded, the photovoltaic area of the solar cell is reduced and the generation efficiency of the entire solar cell is drastically reduced.
- the conventional blinds the width between the slats and the slats is fixed and adjusted at the production stage (the louvers are fixed intervals, the blinds are drawn or overlapped within the fixed intervals), and the slats for solving the shading problem between the slats
- the conventional technique is to adjust the spacing of the slats by walking (overlapping) or expanding (drawing) the slats, and the lowermost (conventional horizontal blinds) or the rightmost slats (vertical blinds) sequentially in relation to the spacing operation. Because of adjusting the spacing by dragging, there is a problem in that the spacing of the slats cannot be adjusted at the same time during operation.
- the price of a solar cell (for example, 40,000 won) mounted on one slat generally means that the total cost of the device required to drive the slat is reduced. Since it is very expensive compared to the driving unit price per slat divided by the number of slats (for example, 800 won), it is strongly required to minimize the number of slats even if the driving device of the slats is more complicated.
- the structure of the drive system of the slats should be as simple as possible and capable of reducing costs without being constrained by space.

- the spacing of the angle adjusting module 97 coupled to the spacing controller 97c is variably adjusted, which in turn controls the spacing of the power generation channel slats variably, respectively. 14), the width of the power supply slat 14 is determined. If the gap is adjusted to be larger than the width of the power generating passage slat 14, or if it is equally or slightly shorter, the size of the shadow or the width of light passing between the power generating passage slats 14 is reduced. It is possible to freely adjust the back, as well as to provide a conventional retractor function at the same time.
- This feature has a very large effect, because the solar cell of the first embodiment of the present invention as described above is mounted on the power generation channel slat 14, the conventional retractor of the power generation channel slat 14 Since the interval cannot be variably adjusted, except for noon, the adjacent generation flow paths, even if the sun draws a trajectory and face the sun in front of the sun according to the rotation of the respective generation flow path slats 14, drawing the trajectory. Part of the slat 14 is masked and partially shaded, and the effect of such partial shading on the solar cell in particular exceeds the effect of power generation losses in direct proportion to the partial shadow area.

Since one power generation channel slat 14 and a conventional blind slat or curtain can be superimposed at the same time, the field of view can be secured, which is a very useful modification from the consumer's point of view or the seller's point of view. Similar blinds are described in detail separately in the fifth embodiment.
- a plurality of spacing adjusting shafts 93c are installed in parallel in a complex position in the W and / or L direction to adjust the spacing adjusting body ( 97c), and all control bodies 97c and their adjacent control enclosures 97c are paired in turn, one after the other, without mutual interference in the T direction, driven gear 92h-bolts / screws 92f-nuts. (92g) is provided to be coupled to each other, can be modified to drive the different spacing rotary shaft 93c at the same time or sequentially, in this case, the speed of deployment and overlap of the slat can be faster.
- two or more multi-stage bolt / screw retractors may be added to each end or middle of the power generation flow path slat constituting a pair, and in this case, the power generation flow path slat 14 in the L direction is elongated. It is very useful for precisely adjusting the spacing without tilting when the linear movement in the T direction only in one place for adjusting the spacing of the more and is included in the present invention, also those skilled in the art can be easily carried out based on the present invention Detailed description thereof will be omitted.
- the gear ratio of the drive gear 92i or the driven gear 92h of each bolt / screw retractor 92 ' is varied. Even if the gap adjusting rotation shaft 93c makes the same rotation, it is possible to configure the gap between the gap adjusting enclosures to be different from each other.
- this case is useful for setting the position of the solar slats to suit the structure of an existing window or for allowing some slats to be used for other purposes.
- some slats can be used for pumping during the flow of oil between the slats while keeping them close to neighboring slats.
- the spacing between the slats and the slats is different because the spacing between the slats is not important. Do not make it wider than necessary.

Is rotated clockwise and the slider 92r, which is gear-engaged with the worm gear, is applied with a sliding force to the right as seen in FIG. 12, but the first spacer 97c 'and the slider 92r are fixed. As a result, the second gap adjusting body 97c and the worm gear 92j eventually slide along the gap adjusting rotary shaft 93c to the left as seen in FIG. As a result, this sliding operation is performed between all the space adjusting enclosures 97c 'and 97c, so that the spacing between each slat becomes narrow.
- the motor 91b is operated in an anticlockwise direction, for example, so that the gap adjusting rotary shaft 93c is rotated in an anticlockwise direction, for example, and the worm wheels in the respective gap adjusting enclosures 97c are formed.
- 92k rotates in the counterclockwise direction while changing the rotational axis, and slides to the right along each of the sliders r, thus widening the spacing between the slats.

- the worm gear coupling requires more accuracy than the spline coupling because the shaft coupling is complicated, because the shaft coupling is complicated, as in the modified example of the third embodiment rather than the third embodiment.
- the shaft is made of two shafts formed of splines and coupled in the room.
- the worm gear and the worm wheel are gears used when two axes are orthogonal to each other as a gear transmission, and a worm gear made of one or several lines of thread and a center of the gear groove are concave.
