Abstract

L'invention concerne un aptamère d'ADN spécifique d'ions uranyle. L'invention concerne également un aptamère d'ADN spécifique d'ions uranyle qui est lié à un support solide. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'isolement d'ions uranyle à partir d'un échantillon par l'utilisation de l'aptamère d'ADN spécifique d'ions uranyle. L'aptamère d'ADN de la présente invention se lie à des ions uranyles avec une spécificité élevée, si bien que l'uranium peut être efficacement extrait à partir d'un environnement marin et d'autres environnements de ce type.
