Abstract
본원은 할로겐 원소가 포함된 환원제와 CF3COOH(트리플루오로아세트산)의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 그래핀옥사이드 환원제 및 상기 그래핀옥사이드 환원제와 그래핀옥사이드를 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 환원그래핀옥사이드의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 그래핀옥사이드 환원제는 환원그래핀옥사이드 제조공정의 온도를 최대 -10℃까지 낮출 수 있다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된 환원그래핀옥사이드는 전도체, 반전도체 및 절연체로 다양한 분야에 응용 가능하다.
