Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine härtbare Masse einer erfindungsgemäßen Rezeptur, ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Polymerwerkstoffes aus der härtbaren Masse, den daraus entstehenden Polymerwerkstoff, sowie Mittel, die aus dem erfindungsgemäßen Polymerwerkstoff gefertigt sind und deren Verwendung.

Claims

15 GEÄNDERTE ANSPRÜCHE beim Internationalen Büro eingegangen am 17. Dezember 2012 (17.12.2012) Ansprüche
1. Verwendung eines Polymerwerkstoffes umfassend die Inhaltsstoffe der
nachfolgenden härtbaren Massen:
ein Harz auf Basis von Epoxy-Novolac Vinylester, wobei das Harz in einer Konzentration von 96,3 bis 98,95 % enthalten ist, einen Katalysator, wobei der Katalysator in Form einer 6%igen
Kobaltlösung in einer Konzentration von 0,05 bis 0,1 % enthalten ist, einen Beschleuniger, wobei der Beschleuniger in Form von Dimethylanilin in einer Konzentration von 0 bis 0,1 % enthalten ist, einen Härter, wobei der Härter in Form von Cumolhydroperoxid in einer Konzentration von 1 bis 2 % enthalten ist,
einen UV-Stabilisator, wobei der UV-Stabilisator in einer Konzentration von 0 bis 0,5 % enthalten ist,
Paraffin, wobei das Paraffin in Form von Wachs in einer Konzentration von 0 bis 1 % enthalten ist
und sich die Konzentrationsangaben auf 100 % einer zu härtenden
Gesamtmasse beziehen oder ein Harz auf Basis von Epoxy-Novolac Vinylester, wobei das Harz in einer Konzentration von 94 bis 97,95 % enthalten ist,
einen Beschleuniger, wobei der Beschleuniger in Form von N,N-
Dimethylanilin in einer Konzentration von 0,05 bis 0,2 % enthalten ist, einen Härter, wobei der Härter in Form von Dibenzoylperoxid in einer
Konzentration von 2 bis 4 % enthalten ist,
einen Verzögerer, wobei der Verzögerer in Form von p-tert-
Butylcatechol in einer Konzentration von 0 bis 0,3 % enthalten ist einen UV-Stabilisator, wobei der UV-Stabilisator in einer Konzentration von 0 bis 0,5 % enthalten ist,
Paraffin, wobei das Paraffin in Form von Wachs in einer Konzentration von 0 bis 1 % enthalten ist,
und sich die Konzentrationsangaben auf 100 % einer zu härtenden
Gesamtmasse beziehen

in Vorrichtungen eines Elektrolyse-Verfahrens, in dem alkalische Medien, in denen Chlor oder chlorhaltige Verbindungen in flüssigem oder gasförmigem Aggregatzustand hergestellt werden und/oder zugeführt werden.
2. Verwendung eines Polymerwerkstoff nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass in den Polymerwerkstoff weitere zusätzliche
Komponenten, wie Füllstoffe und/oder Fasermaterialien, insbesondere Glasfasern und/oder Glasvliese und/oder Synthetikvliese, eingebettet sind.
3. Verwendung eines Polymerwerkstoffes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Polymerwerkstoff durch ein Verfahren, umfassend die nachfolgenden Verfahrensschritte hergestellt wird:
a. Harz und Katalysator für eine Zeitdauer, die das Verfallsdatum des Harzes nicht überschreitet, einer Vorbeschleunigung unterzogen werden,
b. der Beschleuniger, Härter, Verzögerer, UV-Stabilisator in der angegebenen Reihenfolge zugefügt werden, und eine härtbare Masse generiert wird,
c. wobei je nach Rezeptur ein oder mehrere Bestandteile des Schrittes b) und/oder der Katalysator aus Schritt a) wegfallen,
d. die härtbare Masse über Standardverfahren in eine gewünschte Form gebracht wird, wodurch ein Werkstück hergestellt wird, e. optional Paraffin von außen auf das Werkstück aufgebracht wird, und das Werkstück für 8 Stunden bei 80°C einer Wärmebehandlung unterzogen wird und ein fertiger Polymerwerkstoff generiert wird.
