Abstract

본 발명은 전계 방사 장치 및 나노 섬유 제조 장치에 관한 것으로서, 복수의 노즐(240)이 2 차원적으로 배치된 노즐 블록(250)과, 폴리머 용액 공급 장치(400)를 구비하고, 장척 시트에 폴리머 용액을 토출함으로써 나노 섬유를 퇴적시키는 전계 방사 장치로서, 폴리머 용액 공급 장치(400)는 성분이 다른 복수 종류의 폴리머 용액을 저류하는 폴리머 용액 탱크(411, 412)와, 폴리머 용액을 종류마다 유통시키는 폴리머 용액 유통 파이프(421~427)를 구비하고, 노즐 블록(250)은 한쪽의 단부가 폐색단으로 다른쪽 단부가 폴리머 용액 공급구로 되어 있는 관체(271~277)을 구비하고, 또한 각 관체에는 노즐(240)이 각 관체의 길이 방향을 따라서 소정수씩 장착되어 있고, 또한 각 관체의 각 폴리머 용액 공급구에는 폴리머 용액을 유통시키기 위한 폴리머 용액 유통 파이프(431~437)가 접속되어 있으며, 노즐의 관리를 용이하게 하고, 또한 폴리머 용액의 공급 방법을 다양하게 설정 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
