Abstract
La présente invention se rapporte à une pompe solénoïde et à un actionneur comprenant celle-ci. Plus spécifiquement, la pompe solénoïde comprend un carter ; une bobine d'entraînement qui est enroulée sur l'intérieur du carter et fixée à celui-ci ; un piston-plongeur magnétique qui est formé sur l'intérieur de la bobine d'entraînement et renferme un clapet de retenue ; une paire de bobines de direction qui sont disposées des deux côtés de la bobine d'entraînement et sont enroulées sur le carter et fixées à celui-ci ; et des poussoirs qui sont placés sur l'intérieur des bobines de direction, le clapet de retenue situé dans le piston-plongeur étant ouvert et fermé par les poussoirs de manière à commander la direction d'écoulement de fluide, ce qui permet d'envoyer le fluide dans deux directions. De plus, l'actionneur fonctionne par réception du fluide de pression et possède un ou plusieurs orifices d'entrée et de sortie, l'actionneur comprenant la pompe solénoïde, dont les tuyaux d'entrée et de sortie sont respectivement raccordés aux orifices d'entrée et de sortie de l'actionneur. Par conséquent, l'actionneur peut avoir une structure simple et compacte comme l'actionneur n'a besoin ni de moteur, ni de pompe ni de clapet supplémentaires pour fonctionner.
