Abstract

본 발명은 전자기기 표시면에 포인터를 표시하지 않고 원격에서 전자기기를 제어하는 장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로서, 표시면을 가지는 디스플레이를 포함하여 구성된 전자기기의 원격 제어 장치로서, 특히 상기 표시면에 포인터를 표시하지 않고 원격에서 제어하는 장치에 있어서, 사용자 신체의 3차원 좌표 데이터를 추출하는 3차원 좌표 산출장치; 및 상기 3차원 좌표 산출장치로부터 수신한 제1 공간좌표와 제2 공간좌표를 이용하여 상기 제1 공간좌표와 제2 공간좌표를 연결하는 직선이 상기 표시면과 만나는 접점 좌표 데이터를 산출하는 터치 위치 산출부와, 상기 터치 위치 산출부로부터 수신된 상기 접점 좌표 데이터에 대응되도록 설정된 동작을 수행하는 명령코드를 생성하여 상기 전자기기의 주 제어부로 입력하는 가상 터치 처리부를 포함하는 제어부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가상 터치 장치로 구성되며, 전자기기 표시면에 포인터를 표시하지 않고도 전자기기를 신속하고 정교하게 조작할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
