Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Verarbeiten von SiO2-haltigen Materialien, wobei zumindest ein Vorrichtungsteil, das mit den SiO2-haltigen Materialien in Berührung kommt, zumindest bereichsweise mit einem oder mehreren Werkstoffen beschichtet ist und/oder aus einem oder mehreren Werkstoffen besteht, wobei der Werkstoff oder die Werkstoffe im Wesentlichen aus Silicium und/oder aus Sauerstoff, Wasserstoff und/oder aus den Elementen des Periodensystems der Elemente (PSE) aufgebaut ist oder sind, die im Rahmen der Verarbeitung des SiO2-haltigen Materials Teil der dem SiO2-haltigen Material beizumengenden Stoffe sind. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren zur Aufbereitung von Ausgangsstoffen für die Herstellung von Silicium, vorzugsweise mit einer solchen Vorrichtung, wobei SiO2-haltige Materialien verarbeitet werden, die bei dem Verfahren gefördert, verflüssigt und/oder komprimiert werden.
