Abstract
Claims
IN ARTIKEL 19 (1 ) GENANNTE ERKLÄRUNG
In die gemäß Artikel 19 PCT neu vorgelegten Ansprüche wurden gegenüber den ursprünglich eingereichten Ansprüchen die folgenden Änderungen eingearbeitet:
Anstatt auf einen Akku für ein mobiles, persönliches Gerät, bezieht sich der Anspruch 1 nunmehr auf das entsprechende mobile, persönliche Gerät selbst. Diese Änderung erfolgte unter Berücksichtigung von Abs. 5.1 des Schriftlichen Bescheids der Internationalen Recherchenbehörde. Der Wortlaut der Ansprüche 2 bis 5 wurde ebenfalls entsprechend angepasst.
Gemäß Absatz 5.2 des Schriftlichen Bescheids der Internationalen Recherchenbehörde wurde weiters klargestellt, dass "die Zwischenantenne (2) an der einen Seitenfläche, und die Außenantenne (3) an der gegenüberliegenden Seitenflächen des vorzugsweise auswechselbaren Akkus (4) aufgebracht sind". Dieses Merkmal ist auf Seite 5 der Beschreibung im letzten Absatz offenbart.
Als der Erfindung nächst liegender Stand der Technik wird das amtlicherseits entgegenghaltene Dokument Dl angesehen. Die Merkmale dieser Offenbarung bilden den Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Dem kennzeichnenden Teil des neuen Anspruchs 1 wurden die Merkmale des ursprünglichen Anspruchs 6 hinzugefügt.
11 Die verbleibenden Ansprüche 2 bis 5 blieben, abgesehen von den eingangs genannten Anpassungen, im Wesentlichen unverändert.
Zum amtlicherseits unter Abs. 5.3 vorgebrachten Einwand wird angemerkt, dass der Begriff "Absorption" nach diesseitiger Ansicht im Fachbereich der Physik hinreichend klar definiert ist (vgl. z.B. Wikipedia- Eintrag "Absorption": http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Absorption_%28Physik%29). Auf die Aufnahme einer eigenen Definition in den Anspruch 2 wurde daher verzichtet.
