Abstract

La présente invention concerne une veste en duvet flexible dans laquelle un matériau élasthanne flexible est utilisé en tant que doublure et en tant que corps extérieur de la veste en duvet pour permettre à un porteur de pratiquer facilement ses activités, et dans laquelle des couches de revêtement en uréthane sont formées sur la doublure et le corps extérieur de la veste en duvet, de manière à empêcher le duvet de s'échapper de la veste en duvet par la fente d'aération formée par l'allongement du matériau élasthanne, lesdites couches présentant des effets d'étanchéité à l'eau. La veste en duvet selon la présente invention élimine la nécessité d'une opération de couture séparée lorsque la doublure et le corps extérieur sont chauffés, du fait que les couches de revêtement en uréthane sur la doublure et le corps extérieur sont fondues et collées ensemble, ce qui permet de fabriquer facilement une veste en duvet et d'empêcher le duvet de s'échapper par la piqûre d'aiguille qui pourrait sinon se former pendant la couture. La veste en duvet flexible selon un mode de réalisation préféré de la présente invention est composée d'un double tissu présentant une doublure et un corps extérieur, et une pluralité de compartiments, formés par division de la doublure et du corps extérieur, sont remplis de duvet, et la doublure et le corps extérieur sont composés d'un matériau élasthanne, et des couches de revêtement en uréthane sont formées sur les surfaces de la doublure et du corps extérieur tournées l'une vers l'autre.
