Abstract

본 발명은 베이스판의 중심으로부터 일방향으로 나선형을 그리며 형성되는 중공의 베인이 다수 형성되어 중공의 하우징 내부로 유입되는 유체가 임펠러의 회전에 의해 입수구로 유입되고, 유입된 유체는 베이스판의 중심부에서 형성되는 다수의 베인의 유입구로 유입되어 유출구로 배출됨으로써 유체와의 마찰을 최소화함과 동시에 펌프의 양정 및 효율을 극대화할 수 있는 원통형 베인을 포함하는 임펠러를 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 다수의 베인 중 어느 하나의 베인의 외주면과 어느 하나의 베인에 인접한 다른 하나의 베인의 외주면이 이격됨에 따라 유입구 이외로 흐르게 되는 유체와의 마찰 손실을 최소화하고 베이스판, 베인 및 유입구는 일체로 형성되어 구조적인 안정감을 줄 수 있는 원통형 베인을 포함하는 임펠러를 제공한다.
