Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil de production d'un fertilisant liquide constitué d'acides aminés en utilisant du sang. L'appareil de production d'un fertilisant liquide constitué d'acides aminés en utilisant du sang selon la présente invention comprend : un réservoir de sang, dont la surface supérieure comprend une ouverture pour introduire du sang de bétail semi-solide ; un moyen de broyage pour recevoir le sang de bétail semi-solide depuis le réservoir de sang et broyer le sang de bétail semi-solide reçu ; une cuve de fermentation, qui reçoit le sang de bétail broyé depuis le moyen de broyage et qui fermente le sang de bétail reçu ; et un moyen d'évacuation agencé sur un côté de la cuve de fermentation pour réduire la pression dans la cuve de fermentation afin de créer un état de vide à l'intérieur de la cuve de fermentation. Un ou plusieurs moyens de broyage sont installés sur le tube qui relie le réservoir de sang et la cuve de fermentation. Le moyen de broyage comprend : un tube de broyage couplé à une portion prédéterminée du tube dans la direction de la longueur ; un moteur d'entraînement, dont une extrémité est couplée au haut du tube de broyage ; et une lame de broyage installée à une extrémité d'un arbre d'entraînement du moteur d'entraînement et logée dans le tube de broyage.
