Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé permettant d'analyser les préférences d'utilisateurs dans un navigateur Web, et plus particulièrement, un système et un procédé permettant d'analyser des préférences d'utilisateurs dans un navigateur Web consistant à accéder, à des intervalles de temps prédéfinis, à une adresse universelle (URL) d'un site à analyser et à capturer une vue d'écran afin d'analyser la préférence d'un utilisateur, et qui consiste à afficher le résultat de l'analyse de la préférence de l'utilisateur conjointement avec la vue d'écran capturée sur la base des informations d'ouverture de session de l'utilisateur relatives à l'adresse URL de la vue d'écran capturée. Dans ce but, un système d'analyse de préférences d'utilisateurs dans un navigateur Web selon la présente invention comprend : une unité de capture d'image qui accède à une adresse universelle (URL) prédéfinie afin de capturer une vue d'écran ; une unité de collecte d'informations d'ouverture de session qui reçoit des informations sur l'ouverture de session de l'utilisateur à l'adresse URL en provenance du navigateur Web d'un terminal d'utilisateur ; et une unité de fourniture de profil d'ouverture de session qui combine la vue d'écran capturée et les informations d'ouverture de session afin de fournir un profil d'ouverture de session des utilisateurs. Ainsi, le résultat de l'analyse de préférences d'utilisateurs peut être facilement et visuellement déterminé afin de fournir une aide pratique à un analyste.
