Abstract

L'invention a trait à un procédé destiné à coder une image latente ayant au moins deux composantes en couleurs afin d'obtenir une image visible. Une première et une seconde image respectivement associées à une première et à une seconde composante en couleurs sont générées. Ladite première image comporte un premier motif d'éléments et la seconde image comporte un second motif d'éléments qui sont manipulés sur la base d'une composante en couleurs correspondante qui se trouve dans l'image latente. Un premier et un second angle sont attribués respectivement à la première et à la seconde image. La première et la seconde image sont alignées grâce à l'orientation du premier motif d'éléments par rapport au premier angle et au second angle, respectivement. La première image et la seconde image alignées sont superposées pour obtenir le rendu d'une image codée qui est décodée au moyen d'un décodeur affichant simultanément la première composante en couleurs et la seconde composante en couleurs de l'image latente afin de présenter une image composite en couleurs.
