Abstract

La presente invención proporciona una proteína recombinante con actividad ribonucleasa que comprende una secuencia derivada de la ribonucleasa pancreática humana (RNasa-PH) de secuencia SEC ID NO: 37 fusionada a través de su extremo N-terminal a una secuencia de localización nuclear convencional, así como una molécula de ADN recombinante que codifica para esta proteína, un vector que comprende dicha molécula de ADN y una célula que comprende dicho vector. Adicionalmente la presente invención está referida a un procedimiento para la obtención de la proteína recombinante y el uso de la misma como agente antitumoral.
