Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen elektrischen Generator für eine Windkraftanlage, insbesondere einen Innenpolgenerator für eine getriebelose Windkraftanlage. Nach der Konzeption der Erfindung sind an der Rotorwelle (5) des Generators mindestens zwei Sätze (7) von polbildenden Magnetspulen (7.2) und/oder Permanentmagneten (7.1) zur Erzeugung von mindestens zwei getrennten Erregermagnetfeldern angeordnet, wobei zu jedem Erregermagnetfeld ein separater Stator (8) mit zugehörigen Induktionswicklungen anordenbar ist. Bevorzugt sind an der Rotorwelle (5) des Generators drei oder mehr Sätze (7) von polbildenden Magnetspulen (7.2) und/oder Permanentmagneten (7.1) angeordnet, so dass je nach der zu installierenden elektrischen Leistung eins, zwei, drei oder mehr separate Statoren (8) mit zugehörigen Induktionswicklungen angeordnet werden können. Der erfindungsgemäße Generator umfasst damit eine vorbestimmte konstante Anzahl von Sätzen (7) von polbildenden Magnetspulen (7.2) und/oder Permanentmagneten (7.1) und je nach Leistungsbedarf ein, zwei, drei oder mehr Statoren (8), wobei die Anzahl der Statoren (8) auf die Anzahl der Sätze (7) von polbildenden Magnetspulen (7.2) und/oder Permanentmagneten (7.1) begrenzt ist. Der erfindungsgemäße Generator ist modular aufgebaut und kann für Windkraftanlagen unterschiedlicher Leistungen eingesetzt werden.
