Abstract

Es wird eine Sanitärarmatur mit einem Armaturengehäuse und einer Kontrolleinheit zum Kontrollieren des Wasserflusses durch wenigstens eine Wasserleitung, wobei die Kontrolleinheit wenigstens ein erstes Stellglied, insbesondere ein elektrisch betätigbares Durchflussventil, zum Verschließen und Öffnen der Wasserleitung aufweist, wobei das Armaturengehäuse an einem Montageort, insbesondere einer Wand, einer Montageplattform und/oder einem Sanitärkörper wie ein Waschbecken, Badewanne oder dergleichen, anzuordnen ist, vorgeschlagen, die mit besonders wenig Aufwand gewartet oder repariert werden kann, gerade auch in Anwendungen bei denen die Anforderungen in Bezug auf Vandalismus von erheblicher Bedeutung sind. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, dass das Armaturengehäuse wenigstens einen am Montageort fest fixbaren Armaturengrundkörper sowie einen vom Armaturengrundkörper lösbaren und eine Gehäuseöffnung abdeckenden Montagedeckel zum Öffnen des Armaturengehäuses für Wartung und/oder Servicezwecke umfasst und dass innerhalb des Armaturengrundkörpers wenigstens eine ein zweites Stellglied aufweisende Absperrvorrichtung zum Absperren der Wasserleitung vorgesehen ist.
