Abstract
본 발명은 재조합 대장균 균주를 이용한 라이신(lysine)으로부터 5-아미노발레르산(5-aminovaleric acid)의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 재조합 대장균 균주를 델타-아미노발레라미다아제(delta-aminovaleramidase; DavA) 및 라이신 2-단일산화효소(lysine 2-monooxygenase; DavB) 유전자로 형질전환하여 제조한 재조합 균주에 의해 라이신으로부터 5-아미노발레르산을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이며, 상기 재조합 대장균 균주는 라이신으로부터 5-아미노발레르산으로의 전환 생산능이 있으므로, 상기 방법은 5-아미노발레르산 저가의 대량 생산기술에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
