Description

사이드 휠 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑식 화장품 용기
본 발명은 사이드 휠 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑식 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 지지체의 측면에 결합된 회전가압부를 회전시에 회전가압부의 톱니가 피스톤을 가압하여 피스톤을 하강시키며 펌핑작동이 발생하도록 구조를 설계함으로써, 항상 일정량의 내용물을 배출하는 것은 물론, 용기본체의 흔들림 없이 사용자가 원하는 위치에 정확하게 내용물의 도포가 가능한 사이드 휠 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑식 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 펌핑식 화장품 용기란 버튼부재를 가압시에 펌핑부재의 펌핑작동이 발생하며 일정량의 내용물이 배출되는 것으로서, 내용물이 수용되는 용기본체와, 사용자의 가압에 의해 누름작용이 발생하는 버튼부재와, 상기 버튼부재와 연결되어 버튼부재의 가압에 따라 펌핑작동이 발생하는 펌핑부재로 구성된다.
상기와 같은 펌핑식 화장품 용기는 용기본체의 상부 또는 측면에 버튼부재를 형성하여 버튼부재의 가압시에 내용물이 배출되도록 구성되는대, 배출홀을 피부에 근접하여 사용하게 될 경우, 버튼부재의 가압에 따른 흔들림이 발생하게 되어 원하는 위치에 정확하게 내용물이 도포되는 것이 용이하지 않은 문제점이 있었다.

따라서, 사용상의 편의를 제공할 수 있는 개량된 펌핑식 화장품 용기의 개발이 요구되고 있는 실정이다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하고자 안출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 지지체의 측면에 결합된 회전가압부를 회전시에 회전가압부의 톱니가 피스톤을 가압하여 피스톤을 하강시키며 펌핑작동이 발생하도록 구조를 설계함으로써, 항상 일정량의 내용물을 배출하는 것은 물론, 용기본체의 흔들림 없이 사용자가 원하는 위치에 정확하게 내용물의 도포가 가능한 사이드 휠 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑식 화장품 용기를 제공하는 것이다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 사이드 휠 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑식 화장품 용기는, 내용물이 수용되며, 상단 중앙부에 배출부가 형성되는 내용기; 상기 내용기를 수용하는 외용기; 상기 외용기의 상부를 감싸며 결합되되, 상단 중앙부에는 내용물이 배출되는 배출홀이 형성되고, 측면에는 개구부가 형성되는 지지체; 상기 내용기의 배출부에 결합되며 펌핑작용에 의해 내용물을 배출하는 펌핑부; 상기 개구부에 결합되며, 회전에 의해 상기 펌핑부를 작동시키는 회전가압부; 및 상기 지지체의 상부에 결합되어 상기 배출홀을 통해 배출되는 내용물을 외부로 배출하는 어플리케이터;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 회전가압부는 한 쌍의 휠과, 상기 한 쌍의 휠 사이에 위치하여 피스톤을 가압하는 톱니와, 상기 한 쌍의 휠의 외측방향으로 각각 돌출 형성되는 회전돌기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

이하, 도면을 참조하여 본 발명을 상세히 설명하기로 한다. 각 도면에 제시된 동일한 참조부호는 동일한 부재를 나타낸다.
도 1은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 사이드 휠 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑식 화장품 용기의 구성을 보인 부분 분해사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 사이드 휠 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑식 화장품 용기의 구성을 보인 사시도이며, 도 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 사이드 휠 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑식 화장품 용기의 구성을 보인 단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 사이드 휠 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑식 화장품 용기의 회전가압부의 구성도이고, 도 5 및 6은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 사이드 휠 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑식 화장품 용기의 작동상태를 보인 상태도이다.
도 1 내지 6을 참조하면, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 사이드 휠 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑식 화장품 용기는 내용기(100), 외용기(200), 지지체(300), 펌핑부(400), 회전가압부(500)가 포함된다.
상기 내용기(100)는 내용물이 수용되는 것으로서, 상단 중앙부에 내용물이 배출되는 배출부(110)가 형성된다. 상기 배출부(110)에는 후술할 펌핑부(400)가 결합되어 펌핑부(400)의 펌핑작동에 의해 내용물의 배출이 이루어지게 된다.
상기 외용기(200)는 상기 내용기(100)를 수용하는 것으로서, 상기 외용기(200)에는 외용기(200)의 상부를 감싸며 결합되는 지지체(300)가 결합된다.
상기 지지체(300)는 상기 외용기(200)의 상부를 감싸며 결합되는 것으로서, 상단 중앙부에는 후술할 펌핑부(400)를 통해 이동되는 내용물이 배출되는 배출홀(310)이 형성되며, 측면에는 후술할 회전가압부(500) 및 마감캡(700)이 결합되는 개구부(320)가 형성된다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 지지체(300)의 측면에 형성되는 개구부(320)에는 후술할 회전가압부(500)의 한 쌍의 휠(510,510')이 관통되도록 한 쌍의 관통홀(710)이 형성되는 마감캡(700)이 결합되는 것이 특징으로서, 상기 관통홀(710)을 통해 한 쌍의 휠(510,510')의 일부가 외부로 노출됨으로써, 사용자가 한 쌍의 휠(510,510')을 회전하여 펌핑부(400)를 구동하는 것이 가능하게 된다.
상기 지지체(300)의 내측에는 회전가압부(500)의 회전돌기(530)와 맞닿는 부분에 회전돌기(530)를 지지하는 제1지지부(330)가 구비되며, 마감캡(700)의 내측에는 상기 제1지지부(330)와 대응되는 위치에 회전돌기(530)를 지지하는 제2지지부(720)가 각각 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 상기 지지체(300)의 상부에는 상기 배출홀(310)을 통해 배출되는 내용물을 외부로 배출하도록 어플리케이터(600)가 결합되는대, 상기 어플리케이터(600)는 내용물을 흡수하여 외부로 배출하는 브러쉬 등 다양한 실시예가 가능할 것이다.
상기 펌핑부(400)는 상기 내용기(100)의 배출부(110)에 결합되어 펌핑작용에 의해 내용물을 배출하는 것으로서, 제1고정부(410), 실린더(420), 제2고정부(430)가 포함된다.
상기 제1고정부(410)는 상기 배출부(110)에 결합되는 것으로서, 배출부(110)의 외주면을 감싸며 결합되어 펌핑부(400)를 지지한다.
상기 실린더(420)는 상기 고정부(410)의 상부로 연장되는 것으로서, 하단에는 내용물이 유입되는 내용물유입홀(421)이 형성되고, 상단에는 내용물이 유출되는 내용물유출홀(422)이 형성된다.
*상기 실린더(420)의 내부에는 회전가압부(500)의 가압에 의해 하방향으로 이동하는 피스톤(423)이 결합되는대, 상기 피스톤(423)의 하부에는 피스톤(423)이 원상태로 복원되도록 피스톤(423)으로 탄성력을 제공하는 스프링(424)이 결합된다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 실린더(420)는 회전가압부(500)를 구성하는 한 쌍의 휠(510,510')이 삽입되도록 측면부가 개방형성되는 것이 특징으로서, 한 쌍의 휠(510,510')의 회전시에 함께 회전하는 톱니(520)의 회전에 의해 피스톤(423)이 가압되어 펌핑작용이 이루어지게 된다. 이때, 상기 피스톤(423)에는 톱니(520)의 회전에 의해 가압되는 가압돌기(423a)가 구비되는대, 가압돌기(423a)가 톱니(520)의 돌출부분에 맞닿을 경우에는 피스톤(423)이 하강하게 되며, 가압돌기(423a)가 톱니(520)의 돌출부분과 어긋나 홈 부분에 안착될 경우에는 스프링(424)의 탄성력에 의해 복원되어 펌핑작용이 이루어지게 된다. 이로 인하여, 톱니(520)의 1회 회전에 의해 일정한 양의 내용물의 배출이 이루어지게 되며, 가압방식이 아닌 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑작용이 이루어지게 되므로, 외용기(200)의 흔들림을 최소화 시킬 수 있게 됨으로써, 사용자가 원하는 위치에 정확하게 내용물의 도포가 가능하게 된다.
한편, 상기 실린더(420)에는 피스톤(423)의 상승 또는 하강시에 피스톤(423)의 이동을 가이드하는 안내돌기(425)가 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 제2고정부(430)는 상기 실린더(420)의 상부로 연장되어 상기 지지체(300)에 결합되는 것으로서, 상기 제2고정부(430)에는 상기 내용물유출홀(422)의 상부에 위치하여 내용물의 압력에 따라 내용물유출홀(422)을 개페하는 제1체크밸브(431)가 구비된다.
한편, 상기 펌핑부(400)의 하부에는 상기 배출부(110)의 내측에 위치하여 내용물이 유입되도록 내용물유입공(910)이 형성된 내용물유입관(900)이 결합되는대, 상기 내용물유입공(910)의 상부에는 내용물의 압력에 따라 내용물유입공(910)을 개페하는 제2체크밸브(920)가 구비된다.
상기 회전가압부(500)는 상기 지지체(300)의 개구부(320)에 결합되어 회전에 의해 상기 펌핑부(400)를 작동시키는 것으로서, 본 발명에 있어서, 상기 회전가압부(500)는 사용자의 조작에 의해 회전하는 한 쌍의 휠(510,510')과, 상기 한 쌍의 휠(510,510') 사이에 위치하여 휠(510,510')과 함께 회전하며 피스톤(423)의 가압돌기(423a)를 가압하는 톱니(520)와, 상기 한 쌍의 휠(510,510')의 외측방향으로 각각 돌출 형성되는 회전돌기(530)로 구성된다.
상기 회전가압부(500)는 지지체(300)의 제1지지부(330) 및 마감캡(700)의 제2지지부(720)에 회전돌기(530)가 안착되어 지지체(300)에 결합이 이루어지게 되며, 마감캡(700)의 관통홀(710)에 의해 외부로 노출되는 한 쌍의 휠(510,510')의 조작을 통한 회전이 이루어지도록 구성된다.
이하에서는 도 5 및 6을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 사이드 휠 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑식 화장품 용기의 작동과정을 설명하기로 한다.
도 5 및 6을 참조하면, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 사이드 휠 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑식 화장품 용기의 작동과정은, 먼저, 사용자가 한 쌍의 휠(510,510')을 조작하여 회전시킨다. 휠(510,510')이 회전하게 되면 한 쌍의 휠(510,510') 사이에 일체로 결합된 톱니(520)가 함께 회전하게 되는대, 이때, 톱니(520)가 회전함에 따라 그 하부에 위치하는 피스톤(423)의 가압 또는 가압해제가 이루어지게 된다.
톱니(520)가 회전하면서 피스톤(423)의 가압돌기(423a)를 가압하게 될 경우에는 피스톤(423)이 하강하게 되며, 피스톤(423)의 가압돌기(423a)에 대한 가압이 해제될 경우에는 스프링(424)의 탄성력에 의해 피스톤(423)의 상승이 이루어지게 된다. 이로 인하여, 실린더(420) 내부에 압력이 발생하게 되어 펌핑작용이 이루어져 내용물의 배출이 이루어지게 되는대, 피스톤(423)이 하강할 경우에는 실린더(420) 내부의 압력에 의해 제1체크밸브(431)가 개방되고, 제2체크밸브(920)는 폐쇄되어 내용물의 배출이 이루어지게 되며, 피스톤(423)이 상승할 경우에는 실린더(420) 내부의 압력에 의해 제1체크밸브(431)가 폐쇄되고, 제2체크밸브(920)가 개방되며 내용물유입공(910)을 통해 내용물유입관(900)으로 내용물의 유입이 이루어지게 된다.
도면과 명세서에서 최적 실시 예들이 개시되었다. 여기서 특정한 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미한정이나 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시 예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 내용물이 수용되며, 상단 중앙부에 배출부가 형성되는 내용기;
    상기 내용기를 수용하는 외용기;
    상기 외용기의 상부를 감싸며 결합되되, 상단 중앙부에는 내용물이 배출되는 배출홀이 형성되고, 측면에는 개구부가 형성되는 지지체;
    상기 내용기의 배출부에 결합되며 펌핑작용에 의해 내용물을 배출하는 펌핑부;
    상기 개구부에 결합되며, 회전에 의해 상기 펌핑부를 작동시키는 회전가압부; 및
    상기 지지체의 상부에 결합되어 상기 배출홀을 통해 배출되는 내용물을 외부로 배출하는 어플리케이터;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이드 휠 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑식 화장품 용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 회전가압부는 한 쌍의 휠과, 상기 한 쌍의 휠 사이에 위치하여 피스톤을 가압하는 톱니와, 상기 한 쌍의 휠의 외측방향으로 각각 돌출 형성되는 회전돌기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이드 휠 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑식 화장품 용기.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 지지체의 개구부에는 상기 한 쌍의 휠이 관통되도록 한 쌍의 관통홀이 형성되는 마감캡이 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이드 휠 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑식 화장품 용기.
  4. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 지지체 및 마감캡에는 상기 회전돌기를 지지하는 제1지지부 및 제2지지부가 각각 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이드 휠 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑식 화장품 용기.
  5. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 피스톤에는 상기 톱니의 회전에 의해 가압되는 가압돌기가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이드 휠 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑식 화장품 용기.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 펌핑부는
    상기 배출부에 결합되는 제1고정부와,
    상기 고정부의 상부로 연장되며, 내부에 피스톤 및 피스톤에 탄성력을 제공하는 스프링이 결합되되, 하단에는 내용물이 유입되는 내용물유입홀이 형성되고, 상단에는 내용물이 유출되는 내용물유출홀이 형성되며, 상기 한 쌍의 휠이 삽입되도록 측면부가 개방형성되는 실린더와,
    상기 실린더의 상부로 연장되며 상기 지지체에 결합되되, 상기 내용물유출홀의 상부에 위치하여 내용물의 압력에 따라 내용물유출홀을 개페하는 제1체크밸브가 구비되는 제2고정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이드 휠 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑식 화장품 용기.
  7. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 펌핑부의 하부에는 상기 배출부의 내측에 위치하여 내용물이 유입되도록 내용물유입공이 형성된 내용물유입관이 결합되되, 상기 내용물유입공의 상부에는 내용물의 압력에 따라 내용물유입공을 개페하는 제2체크밸브가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이드 휠 회전방식을 이용한 펌핑식 화장품 용기.
