Definitions
- the utility model relates to the jewelry or donrdashery industry, in particular, to the design of mainly jewelry or bijouterie, such as a ring, earrings, pendant, brooch, bracelet, etc., made of metal with a decorative insert.
- a known method of manufacturing inserts in the frame of jewelry including placing a decorative element in the seat of the jewelry, pouring a binder followed by its curing and fixing decorative elements above the binder layer (RU2359590 C1, A44C27 / 00, published on June 27, 2009).
- the disadvantages of this method include the attachment of decorative inserts above the binder layer, i.e., poor protection of the decorative insert from various types of damage, because when using decorative elements made of glass there is a high probability of chipping of the decorative insert, both during installation and during operation of jewelry , as well as the inability to form convex relief sections on the product.
- the closest analogue to the claimed utility model is a jewelry product containing a base with a decorative insert or several inserts placed in a layer of a binder (adhesive), for example, which is manufactured by FERIDO. Information on such products can be found at http://www.ferido.com/.
- the modern adhesive mastic allows jewelry to be made without fitting seats for decorative inserts, thereby simplifying the technology for manufacturing jewelry.
- the technical task of the utility model is to expand the assortment of jewelry while simplifying the manufacturing process.
- each product design To expand the assortment of jewelry, it is necessary for each product design to make its own mold for casting, for example, a flower with complex volumetric petals, in the form of a dragonfly, or any other volumetric form of the product.
- the specified technical result can be achieved due to the fact that the jewelry containing the base, with at least one decorative insert placed in the adhesive, is made with at least one additional decorative insert containing the element (s) for fixing it in the adhesive, the base being solid or with at least one through hole.
- the decorative insert is made of glass or stones.
- the decorative insert and the additional decorative insert have any geometric shape.
- the element for fixing the additional insert in the adhesive is made in the form of a protrusion, legs, pin.
- the manufacturing technology of complex shapes of a product consists of a large number of operations.
- the applicant proposes to simplify the manufacturing technology of the product due to the fact that only the base is cast from metal, and the three-dimensional decorative form can be created due to the fact that the base is filled with mastic-adhesive, an additional decorative insert (s) is placed in it, which provides a visual image of the product and the free space filled with adhesive is made out with decorative inserts made of glass or stones.
- FIG. 2b is a view of the base
- FIG. 3 shows a general view of the jewelry with an additional insert
- FIG. 4 (a, b, c, d) presents embodiments of additional decorative inserts with protruding elements
- FIG. 5 presents an embodiment of the framework, with holes; in FIG. 6 illustrates an embodiment of a base with holes filled with adhesive.
- the inventive jewelry item is the base 1 (Fig. 2b), on the surface of which adhesive 2 is applied, for example, in the form of mastic, two-component mastic, or enamel, or a combination thereof, or any other adhesive.
- the base 1 can be made voluminous (ring, arc, hollow sphere, cube, etc.) or flat (square, circle, triangle, etc. figures).
- additional decorative inserts 4 are installed in the adhesive (FIG. 3). These additional inserts allow you to create a new appearance of the product, as well as protect the insert in the form of stones from chips. For more reliable fixing of additional decorative inserts in the adhesive, they are performed with elements 5 (Fig. 4).
- Elements 5 are a protrusion (4b), a leg (4c), a pin (4a), or the back surface of the insert is roughened (4d).
- the protruding element 5 can be connected directly to the base in any known manner, for example, using a pin connection.
- the base itself is solid, but a large number of stones (decorative inserts) with additional inserts and mastic make the product heavier, therefore, to reduce the weight of the product and reduce precious metal consumption, the base can be made with a hole 6 (Fig. 5), or several holes 6 which may have a different shape defined by the overall design of the product. The holes are also made in order to get a new design solution. These holes 6 may remain free or be filled (Fig. 6) with material 7 (adhesive), in which decorative inserts are installed, or with colored enamel, combined with the color scheme of the entire product.
- the inventive jewelry allows you to expand the range of jewelry, due to the large number of options for combining decorative inserts, the ability to change the composition of decorative inserts in two planes: horizontal and vertical.
