Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'implémentation permettant d'éviter la transmission d'une erreur d'une tonalité de retour d'appel personnalisée due à une défaillance de connexion d'un commutateur tête de ligne. Ledit procédé consiste à : placer une marque dans un message déclenchant un service de tonalité de retour d'appel personnalisée afin d'indiquer qu'un appel, déclenché par le message déclenchant un service de tonalité de retour d'appel personnalisée, est un appel de tonalité de retour d'appel personnalisée, et envoyer le message déclenchant un service de tonalité de retour d'appel personnalisée à un commutateur tête de ligne qui fonctionne pour expédier l'appel de tonalité de retour d'appel personnalisé; après la réception du message, le commutateur tête de ligne enregistre que l'appel courant est un appel de tonalité de retour d'appel personnalisé, et expédie le message déclenchant un service de tonalité de retour d'appel personnalisée à un centre de tonalité de retour d'appel personnalisée; et lorsque le commutateur tête de ligne ne parvient pas à connecter la tonalité de retour d'appel personnalisée, après l'obtention que l'appel courant est un appel de tonalité de retour d'appel personnalisée en interrogeant l'enregistrement, ne pas transmettre une tonalité d'erreur à un utilisateur. Le procédé de la présente invention améliore efficacement la fiabilité du service de tonalité de retour d'appel personnalisée et n'affecte pas l'expérience d'un utilisateur appelant. Par conséquent, la présente invention concerne également un système d'implémentation permettant d'éviter la transmission d'une erreur d'une tonalité de retour d'appel personnalisée due à une défaillance de connexion d'un commutateur tête de ligne, comprenant un dispositif déclenchant un service de tonalité de retour d'appel personnalisée et un commutateur tête de ligne.
