- 제 5항에 있어서, 상측프레임(30)과 가동프레임(80)의 사이에는 탄성수단(90)을 삽입하여,상기 탄성수단(90)은 창문(10)의 설치시 상측프레임(30)에 지지되면서 밀려 올려지는 가동프레임(80)에 의해 가압된 후 창문(10)의 설치가 완료되면 탄성력에 의해 가동프레임(80)을 하부로 복귀하도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 시일드 윈도우.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 탄성수단(90)은 반원통 형상으로 구성하여, 상측프레임(30)에 양 끝단이 자유롭게 지지되거나 일 끝단을 고정하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 시일드 윈도우.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 탄성수단(90)은 양 끝단 직경이 동일한 코일스프링 또는 원뿔형 코일 스프링 중 어느 하나로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 시일드 윈도우.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 탄성수단(90)이 코일스프링으로 구성하여 일 끝단을 상측프레임(30)이나 가동프레임(80)에 고정 결합하여 탄성수단(80)의 움직임이 방지되도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 시일드 윈도우.
- 슬라이딩 방식으로 개폐되는 창틀(11)로 이루어진 창문(10)이 결합 이동하는 레일(20)이 형성된 상측,하측,좌측,우측프레임(30)(40)(50)(60)을 사각틀로 건물에 설치하는 창문틀(70)의 상측프레임에 있어서,상기 상측프레임(30)은 하부로 개방된 디귿자 형태로 건물(200)의 설치부(201)에 밀착 설치되는 설치단(31)의 양 끝단에 상측홀(33)을 관통 형성하고,상기 상측프레임(30)의 설치단(31)의 하부면에 밀착되며 상측홀(33)과 동일선상에 가동홀(86)이 몸체단(82)을 관통하며, 상기 몸체단(82)의 하부면에 다수 개의 레일(20)로 이루어진 하부가 개방된 디귿자 형태의 가동프레임(80)을 형성하고,상기 상측프레임(30)의 상측홀(33)과 가동프레임(80)의 가동홀(86)로 양 끝단이 각각 관통하는 나사축(87)에 너트(88)를 체결하여,상기 가동프레임(80)을 상측프레임(30)의 하부에 밀착시켜 나사축(87)과 너트(88)로 연결하고, 상기 상측프레임(30)의 양측으로 하측프레임(60)에 연결된 좌,우측프레임(40)(50)을 연결한 후 창문(10)을 설치시, 상기 창문(10)의 상부단은 가동프레임(80)을 밀어 올려 창문(10)이 창문틀(70) 내로 설치되는 여유공간을 확보하면서 하부단은 하측프레임(40)에 올려지며, 상기 창문(10)이 설치되면 가동프레임(80)이 자중에 의해 하부로 이동 밀착되어 실내,외를 차단하도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 시일드 윈도우.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 상측프레임(30)과 가동프레임(80)의 사이에는 탄성수단(90)을 삽입하여,상기 탄성수단(90)은 창문(10)의 설치시 상측프레임(30)에 지지되면서 밀려 올려지는 가동프레임(80)에 의해 가압된 후 창문(10)의 설치가 완료되면 탄성력에 의해 가동프레임(80)을 하부로 복귀하도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 시일드 윈도우.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 탄성수단(90)은 스펀지로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 시일드 윈도우.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 상측프레임(30)과 가동프레임(80)의 사이에 삽입되는 탄성수단(90)을 코일 형태의 스프링으로 구성하고, 상기 스프링의 상부단은 상측프레임(30)의 천장면에 부착되고, 스프링의 하부단은 가동프레임(80)의 지붕면에 고정되어 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 시일드 윈도우.
- 슬라이딩 방식으로 개폐되는 창틀(11)로 이루어진 창문(10)이 결합 이동하는 레일(20)이 형성된 상측,하측,좌측,우측프레임(30)(40)(50)(60)을 사각틀로 건물에 설치하는 창문틀(70)의 상측프레임에 있어서,상기 상측프레임(30)은 하부로 개방된 디귿자 형태로 건물(200)의 설치부(201)에 밀착 설치되는 설치단(31)의 양 끝단이 하부로 연장된 끝단이 내측으로 절곡 마주보게 절곡단(32)을 형성하고,상기 상측프레임(30)의 절곡단(32)에 올려져 걸림되는 걸림단(81)이 양 끝단에 형성되고, 상기 걸림단(81)을 연결하는 몸체단(82)의 하부면에 한 개의 레일(20)로 이루어진 하부가 개방된 디귿자 형태의 가동프레임(80)을 다수 개로 형성하여,상기 가동프레임(80)을 상측프레임(30)의 내부로 삽입하여 걸림단(81)이 절곡단(32)에 걸림시켜, 상기 상측프레임(30)의 양측으로 하측프레임(60)에 연결된 좌,우측프레임(40)(50)을 연결한 후 창문(10)을 설치시, 상기 이웃하는 창문(10)의 가동프레임(80)은 간섭하지 않은 상태로 창문(10)의 상부단은 가동프레임(80)을 밀어 올려 창문(10)이 창문틀(70) 내로 설치되는 여유공간을 확보하면서 하부단은 하측프레임(40)에 올려지며, 상기 창문(10)이 설치되면 가동프레임(80)이 자중에 의해 하부로 이동 밀착되어 실내,외를 차단하도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 시일드 윈도우.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 가동프레임(80)은 상측프레임(30)의 절곡단(32)에 올려져 걸림되는 걸림단(81)이 양 끝단에 형성되고, 상기 걸림단(81)을 연결하는 몸체단(82)의 하부면에 한 개의 홈(20)가 형성된 하부가 개방된 디귿자 형태의 가동프레임(80)을 다수 개로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 시일드 윈도우.
- 슬라이딩 방식으로 개폐되는 창틀(11)로 이루어진 창문(10)이 결합 이동하는 상측,하측,좌측,우측프레임(30)(40)(50)(60)을 사각틀로 건물에 설치하는 창문틀(70)의 상측프레임에 있어서,상기 상측프레임(30)은 하부로 개방된 디귿자 형태로 건물(200)의 설치부(201)에 밀착 설치되는 설치단(31)의 양 끝단이 하부로 연장된 끝단이 내측으로 절곡 마주보게 절곡단(32)을 형성하고, 상기 설치단(31)의 내부면을 연결하며 중앙에 관통홀(34a)이 형성되는 중간단(34)을 구성하며,상기 상측프레임(30)의 관통홀(34a)에 끼움되는 연결단(80a)의 상부 끝단과 하부 끝단에는 각각 중간단(34)에 올려지는 상부걸림단(80a)과 절곡단(32)에 올려지는 하부걸림단(80b)이 일체로 형성된 가동프레임(80)을 형성하여,상기 가동프레임(80)을 상측프레임(30)의 내부로 삽입하여 상,하부걸림단(80a)(80b)이 중간단(34)과 절곡단(32)에 걸림시켜, 상기 상측프레임(30)의 양측으로 하측프레임(60)에 연결된 좌,우측프레임(40)(50)을 연결한 후 창문(10)을 설치시, 상기 창문(10)의 상부단은 가동프레임(80)을 밀어 올려 창문(10)이 창문틀(70) 내로 설치되는 여유공간을 확보하면서 하부단은 하측프레임(40)에 올려지며, 상기 창문(10)이 설치되면 가동프레임(80)이 자중에 의해 하부로 이동 밀착되어 실내,외를 차단하도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 시일드 윈도우.
