Abstract

La présente invention a trait à un système de dessalement de l'eau de mer mettant en œuvre une osmose inverse. Le système de dessalement de l'eau de mer comprend : une ou plusieurs pompes permettant de mettre sous pression l'eau de mer de manière à obtenir de l'eau de mer sous pression ; une ou plusieurs membranes à osmose inverse permettant d'évacuer l'eau douce et l'eau concentrée à partir de l'eau de mer sous pression ; un ou plusieurs dispositifs de régulation de pression qui sont installés dans un tuyau permettant d'évacuer l'eau concentrée ; et un dispositif de commande. Le dispositif de commande détermine un rapport opérationnel en fonction des informations concernant le prix de l'énergie et contrôle une ou plusieurs pompes en fonction du rapport opérationnel déterminé. Le dispositif de commande contrôle ledit ou lesdits dispositifs de régulation de pression de manière à réguler la pression qui est appliquée à ladite ou auxdites membranes à osmose inverse.
