Abstract

L'invention concerne en général une machine pour préparer un gâteau roulé à la confiture. L'invention concerne des mécanismes de compression de la pâte et de la confiture, et de garniture de la pâte comprimée roulée avec de la confiture. Le mécanisme utilisé est un mécanisme de co-extrusion. La machine de l'invention est également assistée par un capteur pour découper le gâteau automatiquement et de manière uniforme.
