Abstract

본 발명은 쌍롤식 박판주조 공법에 있어서, 1쌍을 이루는 2개의 롤 각각의 냉각조건을 상이하게 제어하여 주조되는 금속박판의 성형성 등의 재료물성을 개선시키는 것을 과제로 한다. 본 발명의 일측면에 의하면, 투입되는 용융금속을 수용할 수 있는 소정의 이격공간을 두고 평행하게 배치되는 1쌍의 냉각롤을 포함하고, 상기 1쌍의 냉각롤은, 제1방향으로 회전하면서 상기 이격공간으로 투입되는 용융금속을 냉각시키는 제1롤 및 상기 제1방향과 대향되는 방향인 제2방향으로 회전하며 상기 제1롤로 상이한 냉각조건으로 상기 이격공간으로 투입되는 용융금속을 냉각시키는 제2롤로 이루어진 박판주조장치가 제공된다.
