Abstract

본 발명은 내부 토크 전달 부재를 포함하는 샤프트를 갖는 최소 침습 수술 기구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 태양에 따르면, 최소 침습 수술 기구로서, 샤프트, 및 상기 샤프트의 일단에 연결되는 엔드 이펙터를 포함하고, 상기 샤프트는 적어도 하나의 곡부를 포함하며, 상기 적어도 하나의 곡부는 상기 엔드 이펙터를 롤 방향으로 동작시키기 위한 토크를 그 내부의 토크 전달 부재에 의하여 전달할 수 있는 최소 침습 수술 기구가 제공된다.
