Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Badewanne mit einem einen Rahmen (9) aufweisenden Gestell (2) und einer am Gestell (2) fixierten elastischen Platte (1), deren Elastizität so gewählt ist, dass sie im unbelasteten Zustand dem Höhenniveau des Rahmens angenähert ist und in dieser Position eine Liegefläche (3) bildet, und bei Belastung mit einer Person und mit Badewasser sich unter Bildung eines Wannenraums (4) nach unten ausdehnt.
